Amazing! Fresh and delicious
I was a little worried at first when I saw the price. especially since it’s frozen. I’ve bought yellow fin tuna locally here in Texas and it’s been mediocre at best. They came very quickly and they were all individually vacuum sealed so they could be kept fresh in the freezer until I was ready to use them. These made some of the best sushi we have ever had. absolutely delicious and am ordering more today. I am also going to try some of their other items as price is competitive with what I see locally and it’s delivered quickly right to your door. The texture was good and the flavor was fantastic.

Size
The size of the Steaks as delivered did not match the picture in the advertisement. The picture looks like long pieces 2″x2″. As deliveredthey were random ~ 4-6″Ã1″. I wanted to sear the 4 sides of the long pieces sliced and served on a salad. ( Nice presentation ) These sizes ain’t gonna work. The portio s are too big for just 2 of us.I am not submitting the $30 reward because I don’t want my picture out `there`.

This Tuna came packaged incredibly well, three layers of insulation. That made us very happy knowing the fish stayed frozen. Beautiful quality tuna. Color is great. Very impressed and we will definitely by from them again.
