This therapy kit exceeded all expectations. The entire kit is beautifully and strategically organized in a sleek, well-structured, zippered case. Unpacking it was nearly therapeutic in itself, as it was LOADED with goodies. All the items are labeled and/or numbered, allowing me to locate materials for each activity with ease.The activities and workbook were thoughtfully curated to create a comprehensive experience. The themes of self-awareness and interpersonal relationships often arenât directly addressed with teens. This therapy kit provides a variety of ideas and opportunities to foster those conversations. Topics like gratitude, boundaries, growth, and emotional recovery are explored through artistic and creative activities. Artistic ability and skills are not required in any way. Iâd say my own artistic skills as an adult pale in comparison to most teensâ skills!I canât recommend this kit enough. The activities can be revisited and modified to meet the emotional, cognitive, and creative levels of all ages. If youâre looking for a way to explore your teenâs mind or strengthen your bond, this kit is the missing piece.

Much nicer than expected!
This was a costly kit and I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t meet my expectations. It did! The supplies are very nice. It is very well organized and labeled. Instructions and activities seem very clear and useful. I’m eager to give it to a family member in recovery to see how they like it. (they had responded very well to art therapy will in rehab, and I wanted to be sure she had some good crewtive tools mocing forward). Not only does this kit include nice/diverse tools (much more than traditional pencils or markers) but the activities are grounded in self-awareness and healing.

Wonderful art therapy kit, packed with art supplies and everything you need.
I got my art therapy kit through a wellness program offered at my school. We met weekly and did projects on healing from wounds and self affirmations. It helped me look at things differently. It is jam packed with plenty of art supplies and creative stuff to do a large variety of projects. The carrying case is sturdy and great quality. The art items inside are labeled which I found helpful. It includes a booklet of projects. Directions of the different projects are not only easy read and follow but also thought provoking. I enjoyed it very much!

I have gotten so much out of this
I really I had no idea there were so many art supplies in this kit. Many little pockets with treasures tucked inside. The projects in the little book look so simple, yet the experience and results are quite eye opening and powerful. I am no artist, seriously not, but when I look at what I’ve created from the kit, I feel humbled and stronger in myself. I’m seeing the pain and the courage, and I’m blown away.Definitely worthwhile in terms of learning more about one’s self. It’s fun. There are supplies to use for therapy and art itself. And I love the surprise when I’ve finished a project, and my mind sees and recognizes what my being is saying. That’s what I love about art therapy.
