Better than I expected
We put this mat in front of the dog’s little door. It stays in place, catches a surprising amount of dirt and sand, helps dry his feet, and looks nice. You can run the vacuum over it without a problem, or shake it outside. Either works well. I’ve washed it three times so far, and it comes out looking great. I hang it outside, and it dries fast. I like it so much I’m buying a longer one to go next to it and an extra set to use when one set is in the laundry (which is often).

Best doormat weâve had.
We live in the country, so stuff gets tracked in. This mat cleans feet off even if you donât try to wipe. One thing. Clean it outside frequently before vacuuming or especially if washing it. I couldnât believe how much dirt and gravel was hidden in it. It feels good on your feet and looks great.

Works fairly well.
It works fairly well for keeping my floors cleaner, but I wouldnât say it works as advertised. My 2 dogs have large webbed paws and this rug absorbs the majority of the water and dirt but not all of it. I will probably buy more of them since it is doing the best job out of anything Iâve bought so far. The backing is definitely non slip and the color is as advertised. I have not tried washing it yet so I canât speak to the durability.

I loved this rug so much, I purchased two more for the front door and laundry room door as well. They are soft, absorbent, the rubber backing prevents them from sliding around on your floor. I have had them for a couple of months now and with our dog and three boys, they still look brand new! Very high quality and perfect size for each of my entrances. Highly recommend!

Traps the dirt!
First let me tell you that I purchased the 48 x 30 mat in navy blue. I live in the country and my driveway is mostly sandy soil and gravel, and tons of that gets tracked into my house. I am delighted to say that this rug catches pretty much all (I’d guess 95% or more) of that sand and keeps it off of my floors! I’ve only used it for a couple of days, but I don’t feel that awful feeling of grit crunching on tile as I walk through my back door into my laundry room, even after I’ve been walking in my running shoes. After I wipe my shoes on this mat, there’s hardly any dirt on my shoes, even between the tread which has really been impossible to wipe off on other mats. Another good thing is that the dirt falls down into the mat, so that it’s not visible on the surface, so the mat doesn’t look dirty. It has a little weight to it, and has a non-slip backing so it lays nicely on the floor, however it does move a little when I’m attempting to wipe all of the dirt off of my shoes (I’m a little OCD about that)! It’s easy to pick up and shake the dirt out of it. My husband isn’t crazy about the color, but I wanted a change from grey, and I like it. Thanks for reading!

Good buy for messy dog drinkers
My dog like to do this thing where he drinks and looks and drinks and looks and drinks and look and then walks away…. and then there’s a new river forming in the hallway. although it cant really stop the walking away part it seriously has helped keel his area muuuuch cleaner than before. Regular rugs don’t last very long or these newly made in America ones(F***in Etsy) cause the glue gets all brittle from getting wet and drying and getting wet and drying… not too bad at all.
