The sausage is great tasting sausage only thing I can say if you order make sure you check date mine has a expiration date 20 days from the time I ordered it I order two both with same date.

Tasty But Salty
First time trying this Summer Sausage. Itâs quite flavorful but a little on the oily and salty side. It was hard to taste just one piece though – ate a few – and itâs becoming a great snack. I absorb the oil with a paper towel first. Need a sharp knife to slice this.

Good Taste, Small Bone Fragments!
I havenât eaten any sausage type meats for several decades. For whatever reason, I had a craving so I ordered this Original and a Beef flavor. I was very pleased with the taste and texture but very disappointed to find numerous small pieces of bone that had obviously been ground up with the meat. It reminded me why I donât eat sausages. You never know what they put in it.
