These are really good, good numbers and gluten free
These are great for a quick snack or something to add with a quick lunch. A sandwich or a main dish with a couple of these sticks and that’s plenty. Throw a few of these in a bag on the go and it’s a great way to hold you over between meals. Will definitely buy more. They taste clean to me and not greasy, Great flavor!

FANTASTIC
With turkey, it’s a crap shoot. Might be good, might be great, and might be awful. However, this product is FANTASTIC! The flavor is really tasty, but the texture is what makes it outstanding! It doesn’t have the greasy mouth feel that too many beef sticks leave you with and the price cannot be beat. I’ll have these in my fridge (and yes they need refrigerated after opening) at all times for that quick high protein no carb snack.

Good But Very Vinegar-y. Heat Them Up and Then Dry Them Out to Improve Flavor & Texture
Out of the bag the regular (not honey version) are too tangy/vinegar-y for my taste. I suspect that the lactic acid (listed in the ingredients) acts as a preservative, but it takes away from what should be a good smoky-type flavor, in my opinion.I found that if you put them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 250-300F and then let them cool down for about 10-15 minutes the excessive tanginess goes away and the texture becomes firmer and denser– similar to when foods are reduced in an air dryer (like true jerky). This provides a more concentrated flavor.It’s a little bit of extra work to enjoy these, but I think it makes a big difference in the flavor and texture to do this.

I bought these more than a couple of times. Just wish they would offer a variety pack. Love the taste, doesnât disappoint. The price isnât bad either for what you get. Once in a while, you can get these at a even lower price.
The gloves were thick and warm but the fingertips were about 1/2 inch too long! I am going to do some sewing to alter the length. I am really disappointed. –

Good things come from Wisconsin. I live in Wisconsin ð They arenât greasy and have tolerable carbs since I am Type I diabetic.They are as fresh as the ones I buy in the store here and I think I get more for my money on this from Amazon.

Really Good Snack
I gave these a try when I was looking for some lower-calorie snack options, and they are really good. They have about half the calories of the beef sausage sticks I had been eating. Definitely give them a try if you’re trying to lighten things up a bit.

I’ll let the images speak for themselves… but as soon as they arrived, noticed some white powder on the interior… then really saw how much mold there was! I tossed them away immediately. Do not recommend!
