I use this on days where Iâm not as active or am not feeling as sleepy at night. This stuff works better than my regular melatonin! I get sleepy really quickly and fall asleep fast. The taste isnât too bad either. I would have it sent to your home when youâre planning to be there though. Our second order melted in the hot sun when we were at work 🙁

The taste of these are pleasing. Slightly herbal taste with the berry flavor but very good overall. These are pretty effective when I use them. I notice they make me feel a slight drowsy on the nights I do use these vs the nights I donât. Which is good, itâs what you want in your sleep aid gummies. Just make sure youâre ready for bed before using. I sleep really good the nights o use these. Very easy to eat before bed, no long lasting taste lingering in your mouth. Bought a few times and will buy again.

They worked once for me
So the first one I took , seemed to help me stay asleep, the next night I took 2 which is the recommended dose, and it didn’t help as much as the night before and I woke up with a headache. A few nights later I took one again and it didn’t seem to help at all. I was restless all night. The taste is doable but not good. These just didn’t help. I wish they would have.

Bought this as a refill pack after finishing the bottle I bought initially. Works great and effect kicks in about 30mins after consumption. Really helped my sleep, I wake up less at odd hours in the morning and even if I do I can go back to sleep more easily.
