This pill cutter cuts pills into perfect halves because of the very clever way it firmly holds the pill. I can cut 5-6 small pills at one time & every piece is the same as all the others. I’ve never had a pill cutter that would cut my pills into perfect halves before.Seems to be very well made. Has a small storage area in it for the pill pieces you’ve cut.Overall, this is an excellent product & seems to be very well made.

Good concept, ok execution
The concept of this pill splitter is excellent. It holds a variety of sizes and is easy to use. For 4mm circle pills without a score the cut was not totally clean, leaving different sized halves and a decent amount of powder (i.e. lost dosage). I will keep using it until I find something better, if such a splitter exists.

My old cutter could only cut one pill at a time. This one does 5-6 at a time. Makes it easier and cuts rather than pulverzing the pills. It’s great

What a time saver!
I just got this and immediately set to cutting up 3 bottles of pills. I could do 6 or 7 at a time. 2 pills were small round and the other was oblong. All got cut beautifully. Love that this has a way to size up or down for the size of the pills so I could fit the oblong ones in.,

This is awesome. I had another pill splitter and it just crumbled my pill or cut off a quarter piece. This one holds the pills in place and actually cuts it in half. The lid doesnât get stuck either. Makes this task so much easier.

Great gadget!
After reading the reviews, I decided to get one of these. Kinda nice to offer it in colors. My doctor changed a prescription to a half dose and the pills are small but not scored so I couldn’t split them. I tried with a sharp knife, but that did not work. I was able to get six pills in this little gadget, lined them up, tightened the edges and easily pushed down to cut them. Perfect cut. I just put them in the bottle as soon as I cut them and gently blew off the little bit of dust. All pill splitters will leave a tiny bit of dust. I’m really happy with this. I don’t know how it would work with larger pills. I bought this based on my needs.

Breaking pills can be a challenge, but this seems to work well. I was able to break ~40 160mg pills to 80 80mg pills in about 6 minutes. Could have done it manually, but would have taken a bit longer.
