Its a keeper
I have had dogs and cats all my life and bought a fair number of clippers that always end up disappointing. These clippers were purchased for my Maine Coon now 10 years old. He has BIG issues with his dense undercoat matting twice a year. Daily brushing only slwed the inevitable. He HATES any type of grooming. We trussed up in our protective gear and went about the task of shaving this boy. It was AMAZING! Where has this been all my life? It took off the mats like shearing sheep. And the included trimmer has 2 sizes of heads. It too works beautifully and may double as my husbands hair trimmer moving forward. It came fully charged with 2 cords. Can be used plugged in or cordless. It is a low humming noise and did not bother the cat. The cat actually tolerated it well. First time for everything I guess! Its the only clipper that hasnât disappointed in the very first use.I actually canât wait to use it again! Its a life saver.

Perfect for my Persian!
This is the third pair of shears I have bought for my Persian catâs super-fine and soft fur, and it is the first set of shears that works (for him). Iâve been paying a lot of money to have him professionally groomed. He hates the car ride, his brother attacks him when I bring him home afterwards. I have to medicate them both. Itâs a nightmare! Now, I can groom him at home (cha-CHING). The device is not loud. Both cats are much happier. Money WELL spent.

Teaching my cat the clippers
I have two ragdolls from the same litter. One of the boys gets a lot of mattes on his tummy and armpit area. He hates the scissors when i have to cut out a matte or two. So I bought these clippers on sale. I’ve been getting him used to the sound (lowest and 2nd lowest setting) and letting him check it out and then softly rubbing the non-clipping side over him and he seems to like it. I’ve done this now for 3 nights. Today I was able to start using the clipper side and he didn’t seem to mind at all.However, I was only able to get his head, neck, top side, and part of his chest. I’ll have to work more to get him to let me do his tummy and armpit areas. So far, he is not scared of this. So I’m pretty happy so far. Both of ragdolls love the metal comb and being combed. So this is pretty cool. The tools in this box are top notch. The scissors and comb are an excellent quality and very sturdy. I would recommend this product. Easy to clean too. Their fur is super fine and it works pretty good so far. I have been able to cut the matte down and tomorrow I hope to shave it off as it isn’t very close to his skin. I’ve been very careful and taking this slowly. Any vet wants to sedate them. They get scared at the groomers and I’ve had to bring them home. So I’m trying this route very patiently. They love getting combed and brushed and I turn the clipper on to let them hear the sound and massage the nonclipper side over them to get used to it. The packageing and the product itself are top notch.

We bought these to replace another cordless clipper that we use in the exam room for quick clips. We use these to shave around wounds, privacy cleanups and other small jobs. They are the quietest clippers we have ever used. We have not had a single pet shy away from them. They have clipped everything we have tried from long haired cats to long haired dogs without fault. The main clipper is easy to clear with a removable blade. The smaller clipper needs a little more care to clear, but no problems with either so far.
