This is great for all hair! Itâs quiet and doesnât scare the cat, it holds a charge well and the cordless feature is a must have! We had an issue with the battery after using it an while and reached out to support, Sue was fantastic and treated us as a valued customer, all over a set of clippers. Great experience all around.

Easy to use, quiet
My boy cat is pong haired and it hurts to hear him throw up hairballs a few times a week. Shaving his hair short has really helped reduce that and keep him cool during this heatwave of 2024. It was quiet enough to not alert my babies. I let him sniff it and play with this before turning it on and had music going also to create a cozy vibe. I basically followed him around the room grooming whichever side he showed until it was all done. Next time, I’ll try to groom him on a table or something. For the first time, I wanted him to feel free to leave and move around. I didn’t give full 5 stars because I’ve only used it once. It performed well and the charge held up well too. If it performs the same after multiple uses then I’d give it a 5 starts, but at the time of writing this review I have only used it once 🙂 hope that helps!

Worked excellent on old matted cat!
Our long hair, older cat was very matted⦠with the biggest mat covering over half her back and around her thighs, with matting occurring around her butt causing bathroom problems to say the least. These trimmers defied my expectations and easily (and cleanly) cut ALL mats off!! With patience, her favorite wet food, and her favorite place in the house she let me trim her whole body. The thicker mats I turned up the power but the noise didnât make her nervous. The trimmers glide right through the mats with ease, just getting little by little, kinda âchipping awayâ at the mat start, and base of the skins. I would definitely recommend if youâre in a similar position!! Very little stress on the cat, easy to do, and most of all I didnât have to bring her to a groomer. These trimmers did not nick or cut her once and went very smooth. Only downside is the battery life is short. But gives the trimmers time to cool down anyways. I canât recommend enough!

Cut through mats like butter
Our 25 pound Maine Coon had fur mats on his belly, legs, tail and his unmentionables and these clippers cut through the mats like butter. He is not a cat who enjoys have his belly touched either. We had all the mats shaved off in about 10 mins. The clippers are quiet. Easy to handle because they are not big and heavy. These are so worth the money and I highly recommend.

Purrfect!! Order this one!
My cat is very sassy and doesnât let me clip nails or cut out knots without so much stress for us both -kicking, biting, hissing, cat-screaming, and doesnât forgive these intrusions easily. She had some really ugly matting near her hind legs. I struggled here and there to cut them for a week before ordering these and I wish Iâd ordered them years ago. With a different cat I had typical menâs clippers and these are no comparison! I was able to shave the matting within about 15 minutes. Iâm still amazed! I watched a few review videos first. These are the way to go as they arenât too loud and really make an easy job of grooming difficult but darling kitty friends.

This was my first time clipping our cats, one of our cats was miserable from the humidity and heat, so I thought id take a chance on trimming his fur. He never even flinched, I think he thought I was brushing him. The sound wasn’t loud and as soon as I started to trim him he flopped over on his side, this was my first time trimming him, so I’m not very good at it yet, but I will give it a go again tomorrow, to get the bits of fur to look better. I just wanted to give him a break from it. He laid on the floor quite content after and seems to be fine with everything. Great for trimming bum fur on the kitties too…and that’s just what I did, nice and easy…cleaner for the cats too. Very happy with my purchase.

Our furry boy gets too stressed going out so we decided to try this at home. The price compared to professional stuff was great.While we needed to clean the blade multiple times trimming our Siberian, it is totally worth each cent spent.We used the smallest adjustment and the result is excellent.The scissors and metal comb come in the box are also good quality.

War zuerst skeptisch, da ich vor einiger Zeit ein ähnliches Gerät gekauft habe, welches ich aber zurückgeschickt habe, weil das Ergebnis nicht zufriedenstellend war. Ich kann dieses Gerät wirklich empfehlen. Es ist sehr leise, wenn man die Geschwindigkeit hochdreht, ist es etwas lauter, aber immer noch so, dass mein Maine Coon/Britisch Highland-Mix-Kater die Ruhe bewahrt. Er ist selbst etwas faul in seiner Fellpflege, wird nicht gerne gekämmt, war also an manchen Stellen verknotet. Die Knoten, teils dicht an der Haut lieÃen sich bestens unproblematischg entfernen. Ich muss aber sagen, dass ich in meinem Fall die besseren Ergebnisses erzielt habe ohne einen der Aufsätze. An einfachen Fellstellen ging es aber dann auch mit dem kleinsten Aufsatz. FAZIT: Tolles Grät zu einem niedrigen Preis. Hoffe, es macht lange seinen guten Dienst.
