Works well and not loud
I typically take my dog to be groomed but he’s getting up there in the years and gets more and more nervous for things like that. I got this set to try out cutting his hair myself, I figured it was worth a try to alleviate a little bit of his anxiety. I am actually disabled and have several issues with my back and hip so I’m probably not the most mobile of people but I had to do this on my own, and this set made that much easier than I anticipated.My dog is a 30 lb mixed breed (shih tzu and lab lol) who’s very strong for his medium frame. I started out by turning it on next to him just to get him used to the noise and nothing really seemed to affect him. He continued to sleep. I actually got most of the way through the side that was exposed while he was sleeping before he woke up, and when he did he just looked at me sniffed the clippers and laid back down again. The biggest problem doing this was having to flip him over while he just wanted to sleep. I was so happy that the noise didn’t scare him.I also really appreciate that the set comes with a comb and a pair of scissors because that helped me get the hair on his feet, ears and genitals a little better. Everything is very well made, the scissors and the trimmer are nice and sharp but still safe. I read the instructions so the trimmer was very easy to use and adjust as needed. The size of the trimmer is perfect, it’s not the size of a full human one but it’s not small either, it allowed me to get his entire body easily without it taking forever. I used the trimmer consistently on and off for at least an hour or more and nothing overheated which was another one of my worries with a product like this. Overall it took less time than I expected, and I was able to cut his hair in less than 2 hours.I was actually worried that he might look weird, my dad has cut their dog’s hair before and it came out looking like he cut their hair. I was hoping to do a better job and this set made it very easy to do that. I don’t have any skill in cutting hair, I do cut my partner’s hair but not on a regular basis just to get length off when he needs to go shorter. (I mostly help him get his cowlick.)Diesel actually came out looking like we had taken him to the groomer. Not perfect obviously but it looks nice, I found it very easy to get a very even trim all the way around and I even did a couple of areas of shorter hair and it was easy to fade one into the other. Diesel was very happy to have the hair off for the summer. I’m getting ready to trim him up again in a week or so and I thought about making this review.If something happened to this trimmer I would most definitely repurchase it for the volume level alone.The picture is from before his haircut, I don’t have one from after and he’s funnily enough sleeping right now lol

Very impressed!
I wasnât sure how well these would work (despite the high ratings) but they are really great! The price I paid for them was the cost of one grooming so every single grooming after has saved me money!We have a pooshi and his hair is just long and crazy and sheds a lot . Itâs been brutally hot and we decided to try this vs going to a groomer. So happy we did, it was simple and the results arenât half bad for our first time shaving a dog! They are very quiet and he was so calm the whole time.You can tell heâs much happier with all the hair off in this heat. Weâll really only need them 3-4 times a year so if they last even 2 years itâs worth it. And Iâm pretty certain theyâll last us much longer than that as cleaning and maintenance is very simple.Definitely worth trying if you need to keep up with your pets grooming and donât wanna pay for a groomer each time.

Just Amazing!
Just the replacement I needed for my old one! This shaver hardly makes any noise my dog slept while being shaved. It is super easy to charge and use! Comes with many sizes of shaver heads and a pair of scissors too! Works very well and cuts pet’s fur easily! Highly recommend for any pet lover! ^.^

UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: this company immediately remedied my issue. Not only did they refund my purchase but they are also sending me a charging cord. 5 stars for excellent customer service!They are quiet and easy to use. I ordered this set months ago and have used it on my dog 3x. I never needed to charge it until today & I’m only now realizing that my set didn’t include a charger. It’s past my return window so I’m hoping they will make it right. I can recommend the product but check the box when you receive it to make sure all parts are there!

Amazing Customer Service
These clippers are absolutely the best ones Iâve ever used. Theyâre quiet compared to the other ones I own which is more calming for my two dogs. The ceramic cutter stays sharp and goes through both dogs fur without hesitation. My Havenese has human like hair and my 120lb mixed breed has coarse fur and if not brushed frequently sheds like crazy. Being cordless makes it more convenient with no chord. If they wear out or I break them Iâm buying them again.Now for the customer service I experienced. Olivia, remember that name, because if you are fortunate enough to have her help you then your experience will be pleasant and enjoyable. This product not only performs above and beyond which is what you hope for when you purchase something. When the product is backed up by superior customer service/support then it speaks volumes about the company and the people that they employ. That brings me back to Olivia, 5 Stars, 2 thumbs up is my review for this employee that wants to emulate what her company stands for. Superior quality product that is backed up by superior customer service. If I owned a company I would want Olivia working for me, sheâs the best.
