Not bad. Slight bitter taste to it. Unless I miss it, nowhere on the bottle or inserts does it say how to take. So I took a teaspoon.

Best Olive Oil on the Market
I love this olive oil ! Yes itâs very strong but that is because itâs real and has the highest polyphenols on the market. Most things that are good for you donât taste great but the benefits of this stuff outweigh its taste. Iâm totally used to the taste since Iâve gone through 6-7 bottles and I will continue to take it before bed the rest of my life. The reason this stuff is so amazing is because of the hardship the tree goes through to produce its olives. Research here is the key before you criticize. Then you will understand!

RANCID….Horrible smell and taste. Made me and my husband nauseated.
My friend recommended this olive oil, as he has purchased it several times. Upon arrival I was eager to try the oil, (hoping for positive benefits) As soon as I opened the bottle the smell was unbearable. Not knowing if this is normal I took it several days. Upon, taking it my husband and it would be nauseated for awhile. After a week of trying to bare this oil, I called the friend that recommended it and ask him about the smell and taste of my oil. He said oh not, you must have received a bad bottle. So, I was willing to order another bottle after I returned the bad bottle . Sadly, I found out that my $30 purchase was none refundable.

While this does have a unique taste, unlike any olive oil I have ever had, I believe you can taste that this oil is super healthy. I just wish they sold a larger bottle because I went through this small bottle very quickly.

Love the oil! Hate the price. Was very disappointed in product size & price, but really good oil. You can tell by the taste & the lingering peppery taste on your pallet that this is a good evoo. Will most likely purchase again. I’m all about the health benefits and don’t care so much about the price. Would definitely recommend this product!!!
