Ingredients may have changed since previous reviews – light but flavorful.
I found this in the store while looking for a keto friendly balsamic. Seeing on here that many previous reviews state that the main ingredient is soybean oil. This apparently as changed as the main ingredient now is water and soybean oil is not on the ingredient list. The only oils are organic olive and organic high oleic sunflower oil which are good fats. It has a light flavor for a balsamic, but maybe that’s because normal balsamic is loaded with sugar and garbage oils. Tossed it into a black and blue salad with sliced black angus roast beef, cremini mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles and spring mix. I was quite impressed, as the flavor paired well with the strength of the blue cheese. Would have scored 5 stars if bottle was bigger for the price.

I love this dressing! I have purchased it three times so far. Great taste, healthy choice especially with low carb lifestyle. Not a diet dressing and does not try to be one, just a healthy flavorful option.

Excellent salad dressing!!
The flavors are perfectly balanced in this salad dressing, and it doesnât taste too sour like so many others do. This is now my favorite salad dressing and I hope to purchase more.
