Didnât like the smell
I know that perfumes from some time ago canât be duplicated exactly but this isnât even close. It took me 4-5 tries to wash this smell off. Luckily I only put it on my wrists. It might just be me because I canât wear lavender but this was awful. I threw it away.

While this oil contains the same pleasant overtones of ambergris, bergamot and sandalwood as the Civet Oil sold by Jovan or Houbigant in the 1970s, a reasonable facsimile of those two fragrances it ain’t. I’ll keep looking.
