It works for me.
I have used all kinds of sleep aid. The over the counter pills, tea and melatonin pills. Some times it works sometimes it doesnât. With this patch I have to say it has worked every time. I may only sleep 6 hr. But it is a solid 6. As for the sticky residue, I use soap water and a washcloth. It comes right off.Sorry for the people with sleep issues. It sucks. I still drink the sleepy time tea.

argh… the smell
I’m disappointed. I thought it was safe to try these sleep patches. I’m familiar with the ingredients. The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it’s not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn’t see anything about “all sales final”. Maybe I’m just stupid or blind, but I still don’t see it. I’m willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund.Had I known this was going to be an ordeal, I wouldn’t have bought TWO x $20 packages. I was going to experiment with these with one of my children. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn’t like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn’t open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable.I’ve wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn’t like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money.Now I have to rinse out my sinuses and wash my bedding to get rid of the smell or I’ll have a terrible day and another sleepless night. It’s not just a waste of money, it’s been a waste of an hour so far today (and it’s not even 8 am) and more time to clean up the mess.

Super unhappy with the product changes!
Iâve used these patches for over a year and loved them up until a couple of months ago when they changed the product. I was ordering directly from the manufacturer but then I realized I could put them on subscribe & save through Amazon so I switched. The first couple of months were great, then the next delivery was a much larger package with thick plastic feeling patches that hurt when removing them! And letâs not talk about the adhesive! It takes so long to get it off of my skin and leaves the area so irritated that I have to switch every night to a new area on my body! I havenât noticed a smell like others have but I have noticed that they arenât as effective any longer. This will most likely be my last month using them at least through Amazon. If I order directly from Wellamoon & see itâs the same product Iâm done. Donât waste your money unless they change back to the original formula.

Didn’t help
My husband found that this product did help him sleep, and he was not up in the night for an hour or two as usual. However, when I tried this product, it didn’t help me, and I felt more disrupted in sleep. My husband was using this product, and the sticky part of it was easy to remove the next morning. Then, the product changed, and the sticky part did not remove with soap and water. We had to use rubbing alcohol to get the glue to be removed from our skin.

The first 2 nights it didnât work but the 3rd time was a charm! No longer waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to sleep! I wake up with a solid 8 hours sleep with these patches!

Edited to add: customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund. I have not changed my mind about the product, but I have added a star to my review due to excellent customer service, which is very valuable from my point of view.Original review: When I started using these patches 5 months ago, I liked them very much. Using the extra strength allowed me to cut them in half. There was no thickness to them, they peeled off easily, and left no adhesive or product behind. I had not noticed any odor to them. Last month, I received my shipment and the product is now different, and I do not find it as effective as before. The patch is now a thin foam pad, and, hurts my skin when I remove it, and leaves both a residue and adhesive behind. I also noticed an odor to it. Unlike another reviewer, I couldnât get the remaining adhesive off with soap and water. I tried rubbing alcohol which helped, and lotion which also helped. In the end, I had to âwearâ it off. I also believe the formula has changed as well, since I didnât find it as nearly effective as before the change. I switched to using a whole pad, but still donât believe I got the same benefits as the old style delivered. The new patch feels greasy now, in addition to feeling super sticky. The new style patch didnât come off during the night, but the old style didnât either. I dislike the changed product and have stopped autoship. I am now going to order different brands in an attempt to find one I like as well as I did this one, prior to the change in the patch. I gave 2 stars, as it is a patch and did provide some benefit for my sleep. For purposes of comparison, I would have ranked the prior patches with 5 stars.

I wanted to get away from using prescription sleeping pills that can become addictive.I had tried melatonin tablets in the past and they didn’t work for me, so I was skeptical about these patchesWell I was pleasantly surprised that they worked from the first night for me! Maybe it’s the mixture of ingredients. It has a pleasant light smell. I had to try a few different spots to put the patch but now like it comfortably high on my chest close to my arm.It helps if I wake up at night to get back to sleep, plus I don’t feel groggy in the morning like with sleeping pills on occasion.I will definitely be buying and using more of this product.
