Really works
So about a year ago I rolled my foot and broke the bone on the outside of my foot. After it healed and multiple trips to the doctors I have dealt with pain from the area on and off. A friend of mine told me about this brace. He said definitely buy a bigger size than what I need. I did. Wore it for a few hours today. I am a size 12. I ordered a size XXL. As other reviews have stated, they run small. When I took it off, it was a chore. If I had gotten the XL, I don’t think I would have gotten it off my foot. The pain did go away. I will wear it again when the pain comes back.

Best ankle sleeve I’ve purchased.
Having been born with clubbed feet and gone thru more than ten corrective surguries as a youth, it is all catching up with me as an adult. I have purchased many support sleeves but none keep their shape or do what they say it’s intended to do. The OS1st AF7 sleeve hits all the right support spots, and definitely holds it’s shape. I can wear it all day and not feel any pain at the end of the day. Slim material allows me to wear my regular sized shoes without looking like I have abnormally large rounded feet. Absolutely love this product. Definitely recommend this as a solid purchase.

Competent support for loose ankle
I agree with other reviews that the sleeve runs small, but with the caveat that the size guide on Amazon didn’t match the one that’s on the box, which was much more accurate! (I can’t locate the box at the moment to take a picture, sorry)I am a men’s 11.5 and I ran the risk of buying the large and it JUST BARELY gets on and off my foot. I do think an XL would have been too loose but if you’re a size 12 definitely go for the XL.The sleeve itself is comfortable once on and definitely provides a significant amount of support without being bulky or restrictive. I mainly had problems with Achilles tendonitis and that general part of my ankle.I had been running about 25-30mi/wk (anywhere from 3mi to 12mi long runs) before developing my ankle issues which pretty nearly completely sidelined me.After a couple of weeks of relative rest, with the sleeve I’m comfortable running 3-5mi/day with only 24hr recovery time needed and almost no discomfort. Yes I need to do more to get back to my longer distances but the sleeve is helping me get back on my feet.

Great, lightweight support!
I sprained my ankle a year ago and still have twinges of pain during and after activity. I’ve used OS1st’s knee sleeve in the past (and love it too) so decided to give their ankle sleeve a try. It really provides great support without limiting movement or flexibility. I also love that this sleeve doesn’t have any rigid or silicone supports which can make sleeves harder to put on, take off, and wash.

Too Tight
I bought what was considered the right size, but it was too tight and actually caused me more pain.
