Great Product and Good Enough Customer Service
This lotion is not inexpensive so, when I received a defective pump which would not allow me use the lotion (it is thick and one cannot pour out of the bottle), I was disappointed. However, I quickly received another bottle and a refund. Personally, given the price and the inconvenience of having to pay my assistant to mail the bottle back, I think I should have just received a new bottle.

LOVE this balm. Really nice smell and consistency. Great for moisture & feels wonderful. Itâs a whole experience!! Itâs a little greasy and almost like a lotion & oil combined so if you have oily skin, this might not be for you. Iâm smitten!

Pricey – Smells different
I had a issue with the pump straight away. Sub-standard. So paying that amount was disappointing. Then I couldn’t get the product out easily by turning the bottle over. The product itself was GREASY. It didn’t seep in for a awhile. And made the sheets have a grease mark. Even after I sat and watched TV and did other things before I went to bed. I didn’t buy again.

This is a reorder – I have been using this lotion balm and my skin feels amazing- I love that my skin stays hydrated for well over 48hr . This is a quality product for your skin. Some people donât like smell – but itâs giving spa day smell for me.

Great product horrible bottle design
I really like the lotion I feel like it worked on my crepey skin but it is a bit oily so I could only use it and hopefully have it dry otherwise it ended up everywhere. I would even buy it if it was just that, but the bottle itself is glass And the pump stops working when thereâs still plenty of lotion left. There is no way to scrape it out of there because of the angle of the bottle where the lotion gets stuck at the top at the bottom. You could probably get a lot more lotion for your money if they would design a bottle that was conducive to using all of the lotion.

Pump doesnât work at all
Well I tried to contact Osa to complain but found no way to contact them. I bought this balm. It was expensive but I liked their oil so I thought Iâd try it. The pump did not work at all. I could not get it to pump. Luckily I had just finished their oil so I used that pump, identical. Almost immediately pump stopped working. I looked inside the bottle and the product was thick and unable to be pumped. Now Iâm using the inserted pump like a manual stick to scoop this expensive stuff out. I will never get it all out. Waste of money. I consider it a rip off, especially with no way to easily contact the company. I am not buying anything else from Osea. Sorry I spent over fifty bucks on this dreadful stuff trapped in an unavailable bottle.
