This interactive dog puzzle toy is great for who need a rewarding brain teaser or to encourage slower eating habits in fast eaters. The 4″ Lil’ Snoop works exactly like the original Snoop for medium and large dogs, but is sized specifically for smaller dogs or puppies. Cleaning is simple and fast. Just fill the ball with warm water and gentle soap, shake, rinse out, and air dry. This toy is intended for supervised fun and is not a chew toy. Clean using warm water and mild soap. Rinse well. Must have!
Update: 11/13/16I’ve now had this just over two years and it is finally starting to show some wear on the edges of the funnel that is normally folded into the bowl. It still functions just fine, but there are a couple cracks at the edge. I bought a second one earlier this year as a replacement but haven’t used it yet. I decided, tonight, that I’d throw out the old one next trash night. lol In my original review, I mentioned that I pick the dispenser up immediately after she finishes eating. It’s been clear that she isn’t going to massacre it, so I’m not as vigilant at picking it up. Sometimes, she’ll have it all day while I’m at work. She’ll greet me at the door with it hanging from her mouth while her butt wiggles in greeting. It’s quite the sight. A bubble-headed, wiggle butt.Love this! I haven’t found anything I like better.*Original Post*I really love this treat/food dispenser. My dog gulps her food and has some other behavioral issues. A different treat dispenser was recommended by a trainer and I wasn’t impressed with that one. So I did some research and came across this one. I already have the Orbee Diamond Plate ball which my dog has been unable to destroy over several months (and she destroys most balls within minutes). Already impressed with Orbee, I decided to give this dispenser a shot.Based on the reviews, I knew this could be destroyed as it’s not meant to be a chew toy. Generally, as soon as my dog is done eating, I remove the dispenser. However, there have been several occasions where I haven’t done so, and she has not chewed it up. I don’t know why, but once she gets all the food from it, she’s done with it and leaves it alone. I’m not complaining because it’s too expensive to keep buying them. The first few tips of the dispenser will offer a rather generous payload, but I see that as a good thing as that initial success keeps her trying–even when there are only one or two pieces of kibble to get out at the end. Because this is a soft material, it is flexible and provides some decent bounce. It’s quite fun to watch her grip it in her teeth (it looks like some bubble-head muzzle when she does this), lift her head, and slam it to the ground to bounce out the stubborn kibble at the end. She’s also discovered that if she gets on the sofa or bed, it drops farther and has more impact thereby dislodging any kibble that might get stuck in the tiny hole on the bottom. It’s good fun to watch her antics and nice to know that she isn’t gulping her food. It normally takes her between 15-20 minutes to get every last piece out versus the 2-3 minutes when she inhales it out of a bowl.I mentioned the tiny hole at the bottom. I was concerned that the smaller pieces of kibble would trickle out. My dog eats Blue Buffalo with Lifesource Bits. The Bits are very tiny (smaller than a pea) and would easily fit through the small hole; however, this does not appear to be the case. Generally, a larger kibble will get wedged in the hole and prevents the smaller one from getting out that way. My dog gets 1 to 1.25 cups of food twice a day (depending on her activity levels), and I have had no trouble fitting either of those quantities in the dispenser. As I already mentioned, the first few rolls of the dispenser will eject a higher payload and the more food I put in, the higher the initial payoff. Some reviewers have complained about the dispenser gathering a lot of carpet fuzz and dust bunnies. This is true. I run the dispenser through very hot water every other day after she eats in the morning and by her night time feeding, it’s dry. Then about twice a week, I add dish detergent and shake it up to clean it really well.Food is easy to put in this. The plastic (or whatever material it is) is folded down in so it’s more of a half-moon ball. When it’s on the flat side, it challenges the dog to figure out how to roll it back to the bouncier, rounder side. Anyhow, the folded down part can be rolled out and functions as a tube through which I add the food. Then I just roll it back in on itself and voila! 15-20 minutes of food and fun.Because of the material, this is quite a quiet dispenser which is nice when I have to feed the dog at 5:30 in the morning and don’t want to wake up the rest of the house. I have tile, laminate flooring and carpeting, so she can transition amongst the three without any major noise difference.I’ve had this for a couple months now, and she still loves it, and it is holding up quite well. Again, despite being a chewer, she seems to leave this alone once she gets the food out (It appears I’m lucky in this).

My dog LOVES THIS!
My dog loves this toy, way more than the double snoop (which I got first). First off, I love the mint smell. She loves to chew this toy on me and Iâd rather not smell doggie slobber or treats. Instead I just smell mint. My dog loves to throw this around and, if it really stuff it with treats, the game lasts for a good long while. Itâs very durable and a super soft rubber. Just donât let your dog sit and chew on it or, yes, it will tear with continued chewing. I took it away from my dog whenever she started to chew on it, so now she knows not to. I think itâs reasonably priced as well for a toy thatâs built to last. My dog has TONS OF FUN with this toy and it keeps her occupied for a few hours at a time. And itâs soft and rubbery, so if she drops it on my foot, it doesnât hurt (unlike a Kong!)

Great for high energy working dogs!
Overall this is a win for my dog & I am happy with both the cost & quality! His teeth are cleaner, it occupies him for an hour or more at a time with just regular size, not small breed, dog food placed in it & it’s easy to wash! If you have a difficult dog to buy toys for please keep reading my review for detailed observations. We have a Catahoula Leopard Dog who is very high energy & needs mental stimulation & exercise for several hours a day to keep him happy & healthy. This particular breed is bred to be very intelligent, high energy, determined & tough as they are used for hunting, herding, trailing etc. Catahoulas don’t make great “house pets” especially if you do not meet their physical & mental needs. My dog is a large size dog with his shoulders at 24″ & he weighs about 75lbs. He can fit his mouth easily around something that has a 7-8″ diameter. He is worked regularly but still tears through toys both literally & figuratively & this Orb toy is by far the best one we’ve found for him yet. Yes, it is somewhat easy for an intelligent dog to figure out. For most dogs I’d say it’s at an easy to medium puzzle level. However, where this toy is superior is in it’s sizing & design. There is a slight squish to the Orb & it’s surface is slippery so the dogs teeth have a hard time gripping it to really chew hard on it & the rubber is flexible yet thick enough that it will just pop back into it’s intended shape after being squished. This design feature helps prevent heavy gnawing, ripping & shredding for the most part. The Orb toy also stays rigid as the dog rolls it around & the mouth of the toy is cleverly designed which facilitates the occasional dispensing of the food instead of large food dumps. For me this is a huge bonus because my dog only responds to interactive play & it takes a good long while for my dog to roll it around & get all the food out. All of this being said, if you’re dog is not a determined dog it will probably give up & this won’t be as great of a toy for your pet. Also, if you have an aggressive chewer who selectively chews & will repeatedly chew or work on the same spot this toy could also possibly be broken down into pieces if they were able to findd a way to hold it with their paws so that they’d have a specific spot to gnaw on successfully. As far as flaws go I haven’t found any other than knowing that at some point the rubber will start to stiffen & break down with age & exposure to the elements making it easier to chew up but that should take years. All things considered for a $15 or less toy this is a great value. I’ve spent triple that for toys designed for “aggressive chewers” that my dog annihilated in under 5 minutes. In my opinion if you have a working breed dog this is a good option. I hope this review was helpful to those who have difficult dogs to buy for!

Very sturdy and great for enrichment!
My dog loves the Snoop! Even when all the treats or food are gone, he continues to play with it. Itâs great to keep your pup busy and give them enrichment time. My dog is about 20 pounds and this toy is the perfect size for him. I love that it smells minty, isnât too noisy, and is durable for heavy chewers. The only con I have from the Snoop is that itâs made of silicone, so it attracts lots of dirt and fur. But it can easily be cleaned off.

Fun and worth it!
My puppy loves this. Itâs bouncy, wobbly, rolling kibble dispenser. The fuller it is the easier for the kibbles to fall out. I divide his meal into smaller portions to make it harder. He loves trying to to get the kibbles out. Well worth the price.

I recently purchased the 5″ Snoop treat dispenser dog toy from Amazon and I absolutely love it! This toy is perfect for smart dogs who need an extra dose of fun.One of the things I appreciate most about this toy is that it encourages slow eating. By filling it with treats, it forces my pup to work for their reward, preventing them from gobbling everything down too quickly. This not only helps with digestion but also keeps them entertained and mentally stimulated. The durability of the Snoop is also worth mentioning. It’s made from a strong material that can withstand chewing and playing without breaking easily. I feel confident that this toy will last for a long time, even with my dog’s strong jaws.Clean-up is a breeze with the Snoop toy. I just fill it with warm water and gentle soap, give it a good shake, rinse it out, and let it air dry. No complicated cleaning process or instructions to follow.Overall, I highly recommend the Snoop treat dispenser dog toy. It keeps my pup entertained, mentally stimulated, and encourages slow eating. Plus, it’s easy to clean and made from safe materials. Trust me, your pup will love it too!

Il mio cane lo adora, allâinizio lo mordeva (e il gioco ha resistito, finora era successo solo con il kong) poi ha capito come giocarci per far uscire il cibo. Consigliato ð
