As expected, Easy tool for exercise reference and variety
Great for quick reference & for planning a variety of workouts. Like that they can be hung horizontally or vertically (just flip over for the opposite orientation). I punched holes in each corner and hung on the walls in workout space so they can be rearranged easily. Lamination also allowed for circling exercises for a particular circuit and then erasing.

Each excersise is divided into whichever section of the body they are working out. Makes it easy to make sure your entire body is evenly getting excersise. The posters are the same front and back but in a vertical and horizontal layout. This was delivered faster than the seller said. Good quality and laminated. Clear instruction.

Looks like they’re trying to cut costs on this one by printing 2 different posters on the reverse of each other (hence there’s a number of duplicates) – what there is a distinct lack of is the posters in landscape format – I counted 1.Either it’s an extreme cost cutting measure or very poor quality control (or both) – DO NOT BUY if you want the landscape versions, you’ll be very disapointed.

Posters are great, but missing two posters and I can’t email them as google says their email adress is suspicious and linked to spam…
