nice formula, smells terrible
I really like the almost chocolatey scent Palmer’s products tend to have but this is baby powder scented and it’s awful. It’s a very intense powder that is cloying and long lasting. The formula is great but I can’t get over the scent. I’m not sure why brands think that all baby items need to smell like baby powder. Terrible scent aside, I like the spray bottle and the oil provides a lot of moisture.

I am 33 weeks pregnant and I was looking for a body oil to keep my belly moisturized while growing. I had tried various lotions, but nothing really worked, so I gave this a try. Itâs been working very very well for me, itâs moisturizing with a light scent. So far I love it, Iâve been using it for the past couple of weeks.

Texture: this feels like the other palmers oils – medium thickness. It’s not gloopy and heavy nor is it too light to moisturize. It’s right in the Goldilocks zone.Scent: a lot of people in the reviews are complaining about the scent, saying that it’s too strong. I find it to be of a medium strength, personally. It’s a pretty, clean baby powder scent that kind of reminds me of various “powder fresh” deodorants on the market.Performance: I used this with the accompanying lotion, and on wet skin both products soaked in completely within 10 minutes. My skin feels good and smells good and at an amazing price. It’s everything I look for in a moisturizing regimen. Another Palmers success!
