When I discovered Palmerâs Cocoa Butter Formula when I read about how it evens the skin tone. I needed that.I started using it about four months ago and found it nourishes and moisturizes my skin. I use this product in the evening before I go off to sleep. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels a bit greasy around my eye area. The rest of my face feels fine.I noticed that the wrinkles around my cheeks lessened. My skin absorbed the product. It looks more even now. I donât wear foundation. The product does not contain a heavy smell.I like this product.

Yummy for my Face!!
I had been using a Rose Oil on my face, but could no longer get the brand. I tried this oil and found it to be very beneficial to my skin. I apply, after cleaning, all over my face and neck (including around my eye area and in my brows). It doesn’t have that strong delicious aroma of cocoa butter, but it isn’t bad. It has NOT caused any skin irritation or breakouts. It is very soothing, moisturizing, healing, and works well under makeup. I have not experienced any eye irritation either. It is oily without being greasy and absorbs quickly. It also works great for dry elbows, knees, and nails/cuticles. The product goes a long long way. My bottled arrived well-packed and in perfect order. This product would work well anywhere you need skin conditioning and moisturizing. I will purchase again.

I waited a couple of months to make this review. I was hoping this product wouldâve diminished the dark spots on my face but unfortunately, it hasnât. Regardless of that, I like the added moisture for my skin as I live in a very dry climate.

Great layering oil for the price
I like to layer a good oil before cream and between my retin-A. Iâve found that even though this has some retinol in the formula, it does well as a sandwhich oil. Doesnât cause pilling. Absorbs well and is nice and hydrating on its own. The packaging is durable. The applicator is durable and the bottle is glass. Application is easy. Less is more so it should last making it an even better value. Iâve also used this with my vit c products and havenât had any reaction. The viscosity is pretty thin and absorbs well. There isnât much of a noticeable smell or at least there isnât an off putting scent. So far I recommend.

I somewhat recently discovered that my dry skin loves oils. Iâve been using the Palmerâs body oil for almost a year now, and unlike lotion (my skin drinks that up immediately and I need to keep reapplying all day), oils keep my skin moisturized after applying once a day.For my face, I started with a bottle of Burtâs Bees facial oil. It worked great, but I hate the way it smells (like sunscreen, to me). So when that bottle ran out, I decided to try the Palmerâs facial oil.I loved it at first. It worked just as well and the smell was much more pleasant and mild. It smells faintly like roses, and feels nice going on and afterward. Makeup applies smoothly over it. All was well until a few days in when I noticed a pimple, and then another, and another the day after that.I donât have acne-prone skin at all. In fact, I almost never get pimples and never really did, even in my teens (Iâm in my mid-30âs now). So any time I find myself with acne, it is always because of a new product Iâve been using. Sadly, it is the case with this oil.

I have been using this facial oil from last 1 year and a half. And this has been my go to night oil for extra plump and softness. If you have dry skin then apply this oil as a final layer in your night routine. It has no fragrance, it causes no irritation (i have very sensitive skin).PS: I have dry and (very slight) acne prone skin. It works wonders for me.
