This is NOT the Pastene tuna you know and love
We have bought this tuna for years, and this last batch was NOT the same. It seems to be packed in water, or at best, very watery oil. There was only 1.7oz of tuna in the can, meaning nearly half of the weight is water/oil. Worst of all, it was mushy flakes of flavorless tuna. Truly awful. Do not buy this if you are looking for the flavorful Pastene tuna youâre used to. This is overpriced garbage.

We love this tuna but the grocery store that carried it closed and none of the other ones close by picked it up. We’re happy to buy a case of it at a time online.
