Loved it

Good but pricy
We used this pasta with alfredo sauce and veggies. It was quite tasty even without sauce. Cooked for 11 minutes and it was perfect. I love that it comes from Italy but can’t justify the cost other than for special occasions.

Fancy pasta
I’m an Italian-American, and therefore, I am also convinced that everything from Italy is better than what’s in America and that I am the best Home Chef in the known universe. This pasta was good. It maybe had a little more bite than the usual store pasta. Outside of that I genuinely didn’t notice a major difference in quality.I certainly didn’t notice a quality difference good enough to justify spending over eight dollars on about a pound of pasta. That being said it gets 4 stars because there are no flaws I noticed. The packaging is beautiful. The product tastes great.
