My life saver as an adult
This is my life saver. Whether Iâm dying as I get older the morning g have a glass of wine (or multiple) or even just feel gross from not eating well – I just pop one of these into a water bottle or a tall glass of water, mix it up, and I feel like life has been given back to me. The best thing is, these are small so you can put a few in your purse (for those unexpected nights out) and bring them with you when you travel. They also taste better than the adult versions as in my opinion, those taste thick and syrupy with a lot more powder. These taste great and light!

I purchase these often because itâs good for hydration when sweating. Also good when youâre sick. Electrolytes taste salty. I only really enjoy the taste of the grape ones, the others arenât that great tasting but I drink them. Good value for the money
