Work really well!
Prepare to be clowned if you wear this to BJJ, everyone thought I broke my nose. I’ll keep them to use for sleep because I have a deviated septum and one side of my nose doesn’t work well, and I could breathe like a normal person with this on. Didn’t come off at all while grappling so safe to say it will stay on while flopping around in your sleep.

great for running
love these as when I run, my nostrils collapse because of the strong breathing. These mitigate that so I can breath and focus on running

Best nasal strips ever!!!
Honestly the best nasal strips ever!! I’ve tried so many other brands and they never work. My snoring has definitely diminished!!

They’re “okay”
I’ve been on the search for a better night’s sleep for years. I have a chronic stuffy nose with a deviated septum. I’ve used the well-known breathe**** strips in the past. They worked okay. I couldn’t use them long term because the adhesive extends across the entire strip which would irritate the bridge of my nose over time. I’ve given these Blaze strips a try. They are very similar to the breath**** strips. They are a cloth strip instead of plastic like the bandaid style. They are adhesive all the way across. So, unfortunately, I fear they will not help me long term. I was also disappointed in the rigidity of the strip. They are not as rigid as the breath**** strips. For me, the more rigid the better. These will probably work just fine for those who need just a little relief on the nose, but for people like me that need more rigidity, they kinda fall short. I really hoped these would’ve been the silver bullet, but alas, they are not. I did find another style that utilizes adhesive pads on each side of the nose with a magnetic appliance that attaches to them. Rigid and no adhesive on the bridge of my nose. It works better. I hope Blaze will make another version of these that are more rigid. I think it would improve it. Also, it looks like these are about the same price as the name brand strips.

Does it help performance? Hard to measure
Iâve been using these nasal strips several weeks now. Iâve been sleeping a bit better, but because Iâve been struggling with sleep a while Iâve tried a variety of things to help. These strips arenât comfortable, but I also donât find them uncomfortable. Figuring out where to place them takes some playing around. Another brand actually puts instructions right on the packaging for each strip (a good idea).Because these are like a bandaid for your nose, taking them off is a bit of a challenge. I donât use warm water as suggested, but I find just pressing a bit under the bottom & side & then gently pulling across works.I finally had the chance to try them out for running. I still canât tell if they help, but again they donât hurt performance either.I do snore occasionally & that really didnât change while using these strips. Itâs not enough to bother my husband & doesnât happen much, but just pointing out these might not stop snoring, if thatâs why you want them. Although Iâd love for my husband to at least try them . . .Iâm a bit on the fence with these nasal strips but plan to continue using them for a while.

I CAN BREATHE!! Also seems to be reusable.
I’ve never figured out if it’s because the inside of my nose is small, because I have allergies that bother me near the constantly, or if it’s because of some other reason – put I nearly always have trouble breathing out of my nose. Sometimes one side works, sometimes the other side works, but they never seem to both work at once. This bothers me most when I’m either sleeping or exercising.I’ve tried other similar nose strips, from the original Breathe Right brand (I like them, but they were pricey) to other off-brand strips (that worked sometimes, and other times didn’t work so well). Seeing these nice black strips, I decided to give them a shot and I’m surprisingly impressed! The improvement in my ability to breathe is every bit as good as I experienced with the Breathe Right brand, and I actually prefer the way these strips adhere to my nose.I simply cleaned my nose briefly with soap, wiped it dry, and then applied the strips about 30 seconds later. They held immediately and held well. Unlike other strips that I’ve tried, I don’t feel the center of the strip pulling away from my nose. I’ve worn them while exercising, and even after I’m hot and sweaty they stay in place just fine. I’ve also worn them for sleeping, and have never found them out of place in the morning. Removing the strips can actually be a bit of a challenge because they stick so well, though not to the point where I feel they’re threatening to remove skin or anything. These are intended to be single-use, throw away strips, and it a current price of less than 50 cents each I think they’re a great value. Just for curiosity sake, I decided to see what happened if I reused a strip. I wore it once while running on the treadmill for 30 minutes, again for a full night’s sleep, and one more time running on the treadmill the next day. I was surprised to find that the strip still stuck to my nose well and performed as good as it had the first time I used it. It wouldn’t surprise me to find that these would last even longer, but that’s as far as I’m going to test them. I doubt I’ll continue to reuse them in the future, but the fact that they can be reused says a lot about their quality.

Comes Off Too Quickly
I really had high hopes for these. They are large and substantial feeling. However, I tried them for a week, and no matter what I do in terms of cleaning my nose and putting them on, that was not my experience one side always comes off pretty quickly. When they do work, they open up your nasal passages, and you can breathe much more freely. Unfortunately, I had no luck in getting them to properly stick on one side. I followed the directions properly. I didnât have any of the sticky part with my fingers. My nose was clean, toner was used, and no trace of oil was left. Even though the one side comes off, itâs still very sticky on the other side, and you may need to wet it with warm water to get it off. These are currently priced at $26 for a set of 60. I would be willing to pay that if they worked properly, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
