After getting our newly adopted Australian shepherd, and after 2 different groomers cut his coat, we were constantly vacuuming up hair around the house. His coat is so thick and he doesnât like anyone brushing him. I bought one brush but it didnât work too well. I saw this grooming rake and bought it. It arrived today and I took my dog out on the back deck to groom him with this. I am quite amazed at how much fur it got off my dog. Heâs pounds lighter and lost a lot of fur that should have been removed by the other owners and the two groomers. It works beautifully. You can tell by the amount of fur in the basket how well it works. His coat is shiny and feels amazingly soft. Iâm glad I didnât brush him inside the house as there was fur flying all over the deck. Thanks for a well-made product.

I bought this comb for my mom’s Yorkie. It does the job of pulling out the undercoat surprisingly well, and works fast too! The only dislike would be the matts that were present beforehand; however, I do believe once we get the initial matts out and continue to use this product, we won’t have any issues at all. Overall, this is a good tool to add to your grooming set.

Good quality brush
This brush has been great at removing extra hair that my other brush doesnât get out. I like that it has two different sides for added versatility. The quality seems good as it is a heavy feeling brush and I donât see how it could break. I was worried it would be too sharp for my cat but he seems to enjoy it after a minute or two. It has been really easy to use on my long haired cat. The one downside is it is sometimes hard to get hair out of the brush, but thatâs not a big deal at all.

Great Undercoat Brush
Have few double coated dogs and this brush took out a lot of matted fur. One dog is so thick, he will need a weeks worth of brushing to get most of the undercoat out. Have to be careful as it’ll take out big tangled chunks of loose undercoat, dog doesn’t like rough brushing, he knows he is a mess.
