Great Pet Carrier
This is a great carrier! The fact that you can turn it on its side to fit under the seat was brilliant. Our 11-pound Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was so comfortable that she slept through the entire flight! We have only taken the carrier on Southwest Airlines, but the carrier fit perfectly under the seat with a bit of room to spare. My only complaint, and why I only gave 4 stars, is the interior tether was really short. We had to clip a seatbelt tether to it to add enough length for our dog to be comfortable. Without the added length, she couldn’t stand up and she couldn’t lie down unless she was backward in the carrier. Considering the carrier is otherwise pretty awesome and well thought out, it was a weird design flaw. Perhaps our carrier tether was cut incorrectly or something of that nature. It was a pretty easy fix, so not a big deal in my opinion. Just so you know, the zippered pocket on the side, is just one pocket with two zippers. It was also kind of weird, but again, not a big deal for us. The carrier is really sturdy and does not sag under our dog’s weight. The ends don’t collapse when they are unzipped either. The shoulder strapped was a very welcome addition too, as it made carrying our dog through the airport much easier. Overall, we give the carrier our Snuggles’ (dog’s name) seal of approval!

A little flimsy but it works well
It fits perfectly under the plane seats even for southwest airlines which has unusually small pet carrier size parameters. Like I said it’s a little flimsy but it works pretty well and sometimes the flexibility helps it work better for different things. For example it’s extremely packable. However one thing to note is the little leash thing breaks fairly easily, however to be fair my dog was very excited to see his original mom and dad again.

My pet was extremely comfortable. Roomy, well made, and the color is very attractive. I especially love the feature that the zippers are ‘escape proof’. Nice product!

Updated Review: Zipper split resolved
Updated Review: Petsfit addressed my concerns and sent over a new carrier. I haven’t used it yet, but it’s brand new in the box. They took care of everything, including shipping.Previous Review: I used this carrier once and on the second trip, the zipper split before we even left the house. I was so surprised. Trying to contact the seller about a replacement but no luck so far

Dog busted zipper on first flight!
We ordered in March 2023 to prepare for a recurring travel by flight to and from our new vacation home with our new puppy. We wanted to get the dog comfortable with the carrier and did many practice trips in home, car, and even to the airport (without boarding). On the first flight use (6-30-23, long after return window) the dog busted out of the carrier by causing one the zippers to go off track. The zipper has no way to get back on track for closing one of the openings. I gave it 3 stars anyway because I loved how the bag stood tall (my minidoodle has long legs) but also had padding to lay on its side when under the plane seat. I also liked the zipper openings that allowed a spinner wheel base (which we bought) and/or a telescoping handle from our luggage for easy transportation through the airport. I would love to try this again, but don’t want to buy item twice.

Great Product
This pet carry bag is awesome quality. My plan is while sitting in the terminal, have the bag upright so she can sit up and once on the plane lay the bag on its side so she lays down and the bag fits under the seat.My dog doesn’t fit perfectly in the bag but for the purposes I’m using it for, it’ll work. My dog is 19 inches tall, 20-ish inches long, and weighs 10 lbs. She’s a chihuahua terrier mix. She has plenty of room on the sides either way the bag is turned. She sort of has to curve her body to lay flat. With the bag on the ground, her head presses against the top mesh but when its being carried and the bag sort of sinks in with her weight a little bit she’s fine even sitting up.The bag has strong pool floaty smell fresh out of the box but once its aired out a bit, I don’t notice any lingering smell.

Took my 12 year old 13 lb ShiPoo on her first flight from Toronto to Rome. This carrier was absolutely perfect. The fact that it can be put upright or on its side was a tremendous help. While waiting for our flight, I left the carrier upright. She had plenty of height. On the airplane, turning it on its side facilitated an easy fit under the seat in front of me. She had plenty of room to lay down and sprawl out. She slept almost the entire way. The carrier is built extremely well. Zippers were heavy duty and worked seamlessly. I highly recommend this carrier. As a side note, the carrier was a bit larger than the Air Canada specs but I had no problem at check in.

I have not used the carrier for air travel yet, but I wanted to write a review because I was very impressed and satisfied with the quality of the metal zippers. I used the carrier for local car transportation, and I am happy to report the internal white fabric liner washed like a dream. I even threw it in the dryer, and it didn’t shrink. If I leave the carrier open and lying around in the house, the cats seem comfortable napping in it–even my 12-pound tortoiseshell, which the vet has described as a giant. I attached some pictures of the hardware and a happy customer.

We brought our cat across the country as a carryon and this bag did the trick! Right size and several openings were helpful with cat who hates being put in carriers, it is narrow but that is kind of necessary for fitting it under the seat during take off and landing only. Only issue is that the zippers did not have a clasp to lock them together like I’ve had with previous carriers, so I was slightly worried when my cat started pawing at them mid flight but overall there were no issues.

My dog loves it. He can’t wait to get in when I bring it out. I have also used the carrier as a crate during travels. The mesh on 3 sides is great to make the carrier cozy and still allow your pet to see the world outside. Flipping the carrier to the side can make it fit under a plane seat but it is a little long so it will restrict the space for your feet a little.The little mats can easily be washed. The only thing is that the panel that comes with the carrier to make the bottom rigid is just a wood panel with some foam zipped inside one of the little mats, which can get wet and isn’t the easiest to clean if your pet has an accident in the carrier. I fixed the issue by taping the wood panel and foam inside a plastic bag, then zipping it inside the little mat. Now, if there’s an accident, it’s easy to just wipe the plastic and wash the mat.

This bag turns sideways with padding on the side as well as the bottom. It worked perfectly for flying with her in a small plane with a 9 inch limit for under the seat. At 14 pounds she was able to stretch out and be quite comfortable. She still uses this in the car and when visiting places. She just snuggles in there with the door open and watches what’s happening. It’s a good security bed for her. She is bigger and taller but it still works great. Very well built.
