I literally take this religiously and it helps my digestion so much! I have so much more energy and the pill has almost no taste when I take it. Itâs not too big to swallow and I take it with my tea in the morning. Definitely a no brainer especially since it has probiotics too!

Instant Relief
Thanks to this I donât over eat anymore because it suppress my appetite a bit. Iâve always had regular movements but with this I feel more cleansed. Some bloating has gone down, not anything too noticeable. I take one after every meal (twice a day) and it makes me feel less full instantly if I over eat slightly, so I know itâs helping with digestion. I feel it working right now lol. I just ate dinner. 4/5 stars. Oh and I love that itâs great for feminine health.

Every chance I get Iâm raving for people to buy these.. I havenât experienced a sour bloated tummy since I got these! When I eat bad there is a little bloat but itâs not uncomfortable and goes away quickly! It has helped increase my mood and energy.. I rarely ever crave foods and I find it so much easier to choose healthier options! They say the gut is the second brain & itâs the TRUTH.. so much of my negative thinking has subsided. Headaches
I saw this product on tiktok and purchased it here after reading some reviews. Unfortunately I started getting massive headaches and a few days it turned to a migraines that physically made me ill. I tried taking the pills at different times/food variations with no relief. I did find one other review that had the same effect so I dont think it’s an everyone thing, but for me i can’t tell if it works or not due to the headaches

Works great paired with fiber
I added this to my fiber routine. I drink ground psyllium husk (mixed with water) in the morning and night to help with my fiber intake so I added these two to my morning routine and noticed a HUGE difference. Noticed a difference in bloating and fullness in my lower abdomen during the first day. By the 4th or 5th day I dropped a MASSIVE load and my tummy went down significantly and I havenât had any bloating since. I deal with bloating/ gastro problems even though testing shows no problems and this has been a game changer on my journey to a healthy gut!By the first week I noticed that my sugar craving are completely gone and Iâm staying fuller in between meals and donât feel super full and heavy after I eat.
