This product is amazing. Eating a diet that is 50% standard american diet, 50% paleo, I don’t exactly get all the things I need in my diet. Frustrated with continual stomach pain and bloating, I was willing to try anything. One day, I found myself desperately watching an informercial. It basically centered around pre/probiotics. I didn’t buy that product but instead researched this type of supplement. I found Physicians Choice and won’t say the first capsule cured all of my problems but in time I noticed a measurable difference. I felt good….really good. I try to take one every day. Some mornings things get crazy and I forget. On occasion it happens multiple days and my body definitely reminds me that something is missing. I have experimented with other pre/probiotics, my thought process was if 60 Billion CFU provided results what if I tried an increased dosage. Didn’t work for me…other products were too strong and caused new gastro issues. Physicians Choice works for me. It is gentle, effective and the price is right to feel better.
