I didnât hold out a whole lot of hope for this supplement, but to my ecstatic surprise, they work. The first thing I noticed was my eyelashes thickening. Then my hair started growing longer. For the longest time, my hair had quit growing, and now itâs coming in again. The hair on my legs hasnât started growing, but Iâm okay with that. Hair in âanother placeâ is growing again. effective hair loss vitamins
This supplement while a bit pricey is really effective. I noticed a positive change in my hair. My hair is still thin fro the most part but I noticed some improvement: when I put my hair in a ponytail it is a tiny bit fuller now than before. And I don’t shed any more since I started taking these vitamins. They smell a bit like coffee to me. A pleasant not overpowering smell. A nice bonus.
