Amazing Vitamins!
I absolutely love that these vitamins have been prayed over, most importantly. They have a fruity smell and taste, no âfishyâ taste, and easy to swallow with their capsule form. No constipation or nausea side effects either.

Pretty sure they helped my milk supply
I started taking these vitamins around 2 weeks post partum after my baby came home from NICU. I feel like they maintained the nutrients and vitamins I was getting from my prenatal, but also giving me a little more umph if you will. I do also think they helped my milk supply because at one point i forgot to take them for a few days and noticed a dip in how much I was pumping. I think itâs because of the extra iron. I do pair these with a choline supplement from ritual – as a breastfeeding mama to continue supporting my babyâs brain development since it lacking choline. And a vitamin D supplement because it doesnât have enough vitamin d to support my low natural levels of it. Oh, I also like the way these smell – kinda fruity. And they are a decent size not too big like some other pre and post natal pills Iâve tried. Iâll prob keep taking these until I quit breastfeeding

These smell amazing – for starters. The added touches of the smell good heart shaped dessicat in the bottle, and the note that the vitamins were prayed over before being sent out – clear signs that they take their product seriously.I started taking these as soon as I had my baby, and my nails are stronger than ever, my energy is returning, and my iron levels are staying up! ðªð» Definitely a fan! Awesome energy……buy maybe toooo much
It took me to almost near the end of the bottle to adjust to taking 2 a day…. These work great in my job performance and concentration and being a busy mom that last until the end of the day… I found that one a day was best. Taking 2 left me with anxiety and not able to sleep well the first couple weeks. Other symptoms were nervousness and tiny constipation or maybe because I couldn’t relax. …I won’t be getting these again due to only able to take 1 I’m probably not getting all the nutrients I need.

Excellent for Post Partum/Nursing
I had a baby six weeks ago. My delivery was difficult due to the position of the baby in the womb. I had a lot of trauma to my spine as well as a 2nd degree laceration to the perineum. This was our 7th child and I have to say my recovery was harder after this birth. This was also our largest baby at 9lbs and 2oz.I knew that in order to heal quickly and properly as well as mentally I would need a quality vitamin. I am also nursing and know how very much the body is depleted while breastfeeding. So, after a lot of research I chose this vitamin.So far I have been pleased. I feel like my mood and energy have been restored much quicker than in previous pregnancies where I just continues my prenatal. I feel my body has healed quicker even though delivery was harder. I will continue to take these until I am done nursing my son.The vitamins are capsule and easy to swallow. They also have a pleasant fruity smell and there is no âfishy tasteâ that can sometimes happen with other vitamins. I have not had any upset stomach, constipation issues or other side effects from taking it. And while this may not matter to some, I love that on the bottle the company says it was prayed over. My faith is important to me and with the stress of a newborn I am thankful to know I was prayed over. I also like that these are made in the USA. I highly recommend these after birth.
