Nice workout
Iâve been wanting to try a Pilates style workout for a while now, but wasnât interested in dropping $200 plus a month at a Pilates bar. Iâve been looking for another form of workout(s) to supplement my existing eeekly routine to mix it up a bit and help me zone in on losing more inches. So why not try one of these bars??!!!! This workout bar is worth the purchase. It seems durable so far. Itâs easy to assemble. Itâs easy to adjust the length of the bands to get the best resistance for each exercise. The workout poster helps get right into a workout without having to search for a routine online. There is a QR code to access video workouts and information about the product on the workout poster but I havenât looked into that yet. To help with this review too, I had weight loss surgery 14 mos ago with pretty consistent exercise the last month so I donât have a history of being an exercise junkie. Iâd have to say though – this Pilates bar is something anyone of any fitness level can do and definitely will benefit from. It will get you sweating and heart rate will reach 100+ on quite a few exercises so youâll feel it but you set it with the resistance based on the three different bands and length of the bands. Iâm feeling like this workout bar is exactly what Iâve been looking for to help replace some of the mundane stretches and exercises Iâve been looking at. I even bought once already for my daughter to help her get more active and trim down her mommy tummy. Weâre both pretty excited to see what our results might be!

Product is great. Comes with everything needed for a total body workout. Exercise chart is great to reference the different exercises. Bands, handles, pilates bar, and ankle straps are good quality. Highly recommend.

This has made it fun and easy to exercise every day, even if I just grab it for a few minutes. Takes up no room, I just keep it in a basket in the corner of my bedroom. Easy to assemble. You can change the resistance as you like.

I didn’t have high expectations for this but it surely exceeded any that I did have. Its small and compact so you can take it anywhere. It has held up well for several months now. Love being able to take it with me when Im traveling to get a little work out in.

I just received it and have yet to use it, but it feels sturdy and was easy to assemble.However, in place of the nice looking “exercise guide” poster in the ad, it comes with a printed “workout guide” – black and white on regular printer paper (8″ x14″, advertised as 11.2″ x 16.5″). Only 6 exercises vs the 25 on the sheet in the ad.It also doesn’t come with any information about the video, no link on the instructions – which is just the back side of the “workout guide”.Was kinda hoping for the guide but I guess I’ll be relying on youtube for that stuff.otherwise it’s as advertised so far.
