How did we get our start?
Founder Katie McCarron turned her nutritional eye to her aging poodle, Rosie, who had lost weight and interest in food. The unnatural supplements in commercial dog food shocked Katie. She began to cook homemade meals, expanding into more healthy dog and cat products.

I love that it has limited ingredients!!!
My dog loves his new treats! We’re on our 2nd bag of the Pumpkin Biscuits. I love that there’s only 5 ingredients in them and NO rosemary. My dog has seizures and rosemary can cause seizures in dogs with the seizure disorder. They smell delicious! And yes I tasted one. LOL It’s human grade ingredients. They are not sweet. So unfortunately I did not finish mine. ð But my dog absolutely loves them! I replaced his old treats with these. His old treats had ingredients I either couldn’t pronounce or was something that wasn’t good for him. I don’t want my baby having chemicals in his treats. That’s absurd! Who wants their pet to have that in their body. I eat healthy and I want my baby to eat healthy too. I’m so glad I found these treats. Thank you Portland Pet Food company for making a healthy treat for our fur babies! You get a gold star from me and Louis. Louis just turned 13 Oct 5th. Anything I can do to keep him healthy is a plus. If you are not sure about ordering these, just order them already! Your pet will so thankful you did. PS… Ditch the other treats you can’t pronounce or have 20+ ingredients to keep them fresh. It’s doing more harm than good to your baby.

These are great little treats if you’re picky about ingredients. They are very hard and crunchy like a milk bone biscuit but much higher quality ingredients.

Dogs love them
These are the perfect size for medium sized dogs. The lowest in calorie of all the pumpkin treats weâve looked at (and we looked at all of them I think), and our dogs love them. Pumpkin is supposedly good for dog digestion. Theyâre very hard biscuits, fyi, so maybe not for elderly dogs or dogs who have teeth issues.

Portland pumpkin biscuits are a hit.
First time purchasing these pumpkin biscuits treats for my furbaby. They are the sizes of ur pinky finger & u can easily break them to give for treats as ur on ur walk. They are very low cal which was a plus in my book. She loves them and they are a health treat for her. The service was amazing & they sent emails letting me know when they would be delivered. Great delivered as well. Thanks for a great product

Our dogs love these biscuits and they are purportedly a healthy alternative to store-bought treats.My only complaint is what I continually complain about with the entire FOOD industry ⦠LESS FOR MORE!Many food manufacturers, both human and pet, are packaging fewer amounts (weight and/or volume) in their boxes and bags and charging the same price or more while the consumer gets less product.Do they think we wonât notice?
