Great Value
Don’t be alarmed when your order arrives and it says for horses. I have ordered this tape twice and it works great on my daughters feet. I love how it is precut and easy to use. The adhesiveness could be a little stronger as it rolls up when she puts her socks on. The colors are fun and bright just like the picture.

Pleasantly surprised.
I knew the price was right but based on the reviews I wasn’t sure how much I would like this tape. When I opened the 1st roll it seemed very thin and like it perhaps wouldn’t stick very well, however I was pleasantly surprised!I use it every day. It does what it should for my knee, I have never had it come off in the shower and it was stuck in all the right places even after a week. I am sold and will be purchasing again!

I bought this because I have a bone on bone arthritic knee which is very painful to walk on I won’t consider knee replacement surgery-long story. I am fluffy which means I have fluffy thighs. Getting costly compression sleeves and braces to stay in place is difficult. So I bought kenitic tape for a test run. I put the tape on last Saturday evening, smoothed it down with my hands as instructed. The next morning one stripe had come off during the night and during the course of Sunday I lost more strips. BUT I could feel the support around my knee and the walking pain was greatly reduced. On Monday I replaced the tape with new and this time I just about alcoholed my whole leg. Do a much larger area then you think you’ll need and after I got the tape in place I took my hairdryer and went over the tape to insure the tape would stick. Today is Saturday – 6 days later – and I haven’t lost a strip. It’s looking a bit raggedy around the edges but everything is still in place. I have been swimming, walking and showering.My goal is 3,000 steps a day. Most days by the time I reach that goal I am in terrible pain. Last Monday I walked over 5,700 steps with no pain. Wednesday I painted my bathroom. Up and down ladders and steps tools. While other parts of me were screaming at me (did I mention I am 74?) I had no knee pain. Best money I ever spent!!

I love this tape. I work in EMS and it is pretty demanding, with my rule being “if the doctor hasn’t told me I’m hurt than I’m not” (and I hate going to the doctor. This tape helps me recover and prepare. I tape up before my 24 hour shift, then remove it before the hot shower afterwards. After a good sleep, the tape goes on what hurts. The tape has the perfect adhesion, not too much that it pulls your skin off, but enough that it stays on all shift. Seriously sweaty areas like my feet in boots. This huge package was such a great deal, particularly for my tiny budget.
