Perfect proofing kit
I just got my bread proofing basket last week and was very excited to experiment with it. Itâs a fuss free simple kit. And for a family of 4, the bread basket is just the perfect size. What I love about this kit is they can be used individually as well as a part of the kit. I used the fermentation cloth to also sprout moong as well. And the quality of each of those individual items for the price almost pays for itself. I am yet to figure out how to use some of the accessories that came along with it like the blades. But all in all great quality, easy to clean and good bang for your buck!

This product is good and not flimsy. Basket is build good. The blades are little flimsy but I suppose the blades are like that only. I ordered single basket and it is enough for our needs for family of 4. It is easy to proof the bread now. Overall good purchase.

One basket is not usable
I was excited to receive my purchase so I could start baking bread until I pull out the baskets. The first one was in great shape, but the second one was oddly shaped and wobbly. I really didnât care about the other stuff that came in the kit. Since a lot of the stuff it included I already own. I was most interested in the baskets unfortunately I canât use one so I will be returning it.
