Cheap but functional
You are looking at this set because it is so cheap. That’s why I got it too, and for what I paid, I definitely think it is worth it. Yes, the equipment is a little flimsy, but what do you expect? I got this for my kids to play doctor, and everything works — the light on the otoscope works, the blood pressure cuff pumps fine, and we can hear hearts pumping with the stethoscope. My only issue is that the attachment at the top of the otoscope keeps falling off, but since this is just a play item, I glued it on and all is well.

This is a gag kit, right?
Got my PhD in accounting but my demented sense of humor compelled me to get a lab coat and a cheap medical kit to wear around campus for a couple weeks while I taught and attended faculty meetings. Everything works just fine, but this is just above toy quality. Halloween costume, or maybe if you just need a little something at home for a loved one and you are on a tight budget this could work for a while. But if you are a medical professional using this chances are you are in my insurance network (probably a bad thing).
