We use these as treats in our household. For treats it’s a good value as they will last quite awhile. If you are feeding it as part of their food it may get pretty expensive. These are a lot healthier than other options out there so I feel good about the dogs having these & you can even give one to the kitty. They have not gave our dogs any stomach issues and they love the taste of them.

I use this as a topper for our puppy Bella’s food each day, she loves it! It’s a little expensive but worth it with all the top quality ingredients.

Great for emergency preparedness
Best dog food in my opinion. Healthy, balanced and packed with nutrients from real foods your dog needs. Great for digestion. My dog has never had problems with anal glands which I hear so much with so many other dogs and the food that they’re given.First of all I’m writing this during the after affects of hurricane Helene. Devastating flooding is causing a lot of roads to be blocked. Many people have lost their homes. We pray for those in low lying areas who are affected by flooding. We are thankful we always try to prepare ahead of time for any instance. Below are a few of those instances.Not being able to get the supplies you need because you can’t get on the roads, because Mother Nature has a mind of her own. Also, because emergency services needs to have the roads clear for their necessary requirements.The power going out. Just yesterday there was acquaintances of ours who lost their power, and who feed their dog fresh prepared meals that are either refrigerated, frozen or have to be prepared on the stove. That’s not an option when you don’t have power. This freeze dried food is very convenient because you could serve it dry and just make sure that you provide your dog with water or you can just add water to the freeze dried food (we crush the little pieces before adding water to make it easier and quicker to hydrate) and wait for it to hydrate and feed to your dog.Having to flee your home in a rush and grabbing your pets and all the supplies necessary, it’s hard to do when you are feeding them fresh food that has to be cold-stored, prepared or defrosted. Primal freeze dried raw dog food is the way to go. Just don’t forget the bottled water for you and your pets. Also, don’t forget their pet bowls. ; )This is also super great for traveling. I can’t tell you how much we travel and how convenient this has been for our traveling needs. Usually I’ll separate each meal into Ziploc bags for the day and we’re good to go. I pack a little water bottle for her and her little portable bowls and off we go. When we’re traveling for long periods of time on a drive, not flying, we just pack whatever we need in her car-travel bag. This includes; freeze, dried food, freeze dried treats, 2 to 3 toys, training, pads, leash, silicone, hair, ties, brush and comb, etc. if you’re traveling by plane, this is also a great option. No fluids to worry about except when you get to the other side of airport security where you can easily buy a bottle of water at many other venues.Enjoy your fur-babies and give them extra special love with this Primal freeze-dried raw pronto.

Great product
My dog loves it , but due to the high price I’m only adding some to the Hills Science Diet to give her a little extra, can’t afford to feed only this.
