I found the dressing tasted terrible. Perhaps others like it, but for me it was not nice at all.

Has a plastic cap. Arrived with cap broken…
The product is very good quality so I gave it a 5. However, I bought 2 bottles, and they arrived with plastic safety covering the caps, so I removed the safety covering and found that both plastic caps were cracked! I did not consume the product with an overabundance of caution. So, when you receive the product, please immediately remove the safety covering to make sure the cap is not cracked. I called Amazon and they gave me a refund, and I threw out both bottles.

A bit too spicy for me
The texture and smell is nice. But I’m too sensitive to strong spice, specifically, this one has too much black pepper. It would have been an ideal dressing, if not for the black pepper. All other ingredients of it are absolutely great. So they way I handle it, just add a bit more olive oil to my salad…

Used this in my instapot. Great taste. Mild- not over powering for guests who I was unsure of how spicy they would like their food – safe option. Good quality/value in perspective that it feeds how ever many you are cooking for. I recommend.

Vinaigrette all’olio di avocado: ottimo condimento soprattutto (a mio avviso) per le insalate; fresco e speziato, condisce i cibi dandogli un sapore deciso senza essere invadente e sovrastarli. Per i miei gusti la consistenza è leggermente acquosa: preferisco i condimenti più viscosi e densi, come la salsa ranch oppure la mia carissima e tanto amata maionese. Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità (provenienza certificata sulla confezione) e si presta perfettamente ad essere adottata in regimi alimentari chetogenici, paleolitici, “low carb”; tuttavia la sua freschezza speziata, fa si che (la salsa) si presti decisamente bene ad essere abbinata alle pietanze più svariate: dalle insalate, ai lattici, ai piatti estivi a base di carni bianche. Quindi la consiglio caldamente anche a tutti coloro i quali vogliano far collimare gli eccellenti valori nutrizionali e l’impeccabile qualità del prodotto, con un’ottima sapidità e versatilità dello stesso. Rapporto qualità /prezzo non molto conveniente: pur stante la purezza degli ingredienti, se si sommando anche le spese di spedizione richieste (non beneficia della modalità di spedizione Prime), allora in costo è decisamente eccessivo. Tempi di consegna non molto celeri (anche se l’acquisto mi è arrivato con circa cinque giorni di anticipo, sulla data preventivata); imballaggio solido, robusto ed accurato nei minimi dettagli.

The stuff is gross as an Italian flavoured dressing/vinaigrette. I don’t know if the “heat” comes from cayenne or too much oregano so it is really gross and I don’t like it. For those needing a flavour boost to give their Keto Diet some zing, I imagine this is for you.
