It really does remove Plaque
I use this for preventing plaque build up on our dogâs teeth. It works so well Iâm almost tempted to stir it into some of the food that our family eats ! Using this product is a lot easier than brushing our dogs teeth. Iâve been using this product for a number of years and before I discovered it none of our 4 dogs of different breeds enjoyed having me brush their teeth. You just sprinkle it on or into their food. Our newest gal is a bit fussier about her food so I make a âgravyâ with about 1 tbsp of canned catfood and about 1/4 -1/2 cup of water and stir it into her food. Iâm sure she would enjoy it in a tbsp of peanut butter too,but thatâs kinda messy. Our dogs are all big working dogs. My sister has little lap dogs and buys a small jar . Her dogs are quite spoiled , I think she puts the powder in liverwurst. The jar may seem a bit costly but it lasts a long time even with large dogs and is lots less expensive than a vet bill & far lessâpainfulâ than hearing a lecture from your vet ð

Really works for all three of my dogs
I have used this on multiple of my dogs.My greyhound (greyhounds have horrible teeth) had very bad build up and horrible breath. This helped reduce build up and allowed me to spread his dental cleanings to once a year from every 9 months. My miniature schnauzer gets tartar build up and requires a cleaning every 6 months despite somewhat regular brushing, hard food and dental chews. This product has reduced build up significantly and I am able to get by with 9-12 month cleanings now.I have a terrier mix who is overall extremely healthy and has the least amount of tartar of all three, but still required cleanings every 12-14 months (dry food, dental chews, brushing 3x times a week). With this product I am on over 2 years since she’s had a cleaning and the vet said she still doesn’t need one. While this is a pricey product, for my dogs it has worked wonders and reduced the frequency of their dental cleanings which are hundreds of dollars. I have had no upset stomach or other health issues related to the product. Additionally, I don’t have to put my senior dogs under anesthesia for the cleanings as often, which is a concern for me once they are older due to potential senior cognitive issues. I highly recommend this product.

Effective option to pricier alternatives
I wasn’t willing to pay nearly double for better dog breath, but this price point is perfect for me to accept and incorporate into my dogs’ feeding routine. As long as the price doesn’t change, I would use this in perpetuity. It makes a noticeable difference in my dogs’ breath, so the efficacy is solid. With two large dogs, I always buy the biggest jar and it lasts a good amount of time.

Two of our 3 dogs handle it well
Using this on 2 of my 3 dogs for 8 months now:Dog #1 Pippin age 8 is a nervous 3 lb Chihuahua. He loves the powder on his wet food & oddly, he eats better. Must taste good to him. He only has 16 teeth left & this has worked wonderfully on his bad breath; completely gone after 6 weeks use. Less plaque, only needs a doggie dental every 9 months now which is a BIG improvement.Dog #2 Peach age 9 senior is an 11 pound Chi/Japanese Chin mix. Very sensitive stomach. No issues, less plaque build-up, no bad breath now. Only an annual dental visit now for the occasional loose tooth.Dog #3 Jasper age 5, 14lb Schnoodle who we thought had a cast iron stomach. After 3 weeks use had to stop. He slowly developed an upset stomach, bloody vomit & bloody diarrhea. Poor doggy, not sure why. No more for him. Not sure why there is so much hand wringing by people whose dog got temporarily sick. Just stop using it. Jasper is fine now after 5 days off it.So 2 out if 3 dogs handle it well with good results. Depends on your dog, they are all different, just like people. I think it’s worth trying. If your pooch can’t tolerate it, stop & move on just like you’d do when searching for the right dog food. The rewards are worth it if your dog handles it.

I tell everyone about this
This powder is actually a life changer. It keeps my dogs teeth white and clean enough that my vet assumes I brush my dogsâ teeth daily. As far as dog breath goes, the smell hasnât been wiped out. Iâm sure it is better than it would be, but my dogs are active and end up panting a lot. Getting rid of dog breath smell seems to be more challenging in more energetic dogs.My dogs are both about 55lbs and I use one hefty scoop (with the tiny scoop provided) on top of every meal.Iâm not sure I would use this if I only used wet food. It seems to work better when itâs on top of mostly dry dog food.I havenât noticed an uptick in stinky pup farts or anything, so I assume it isnât bothering their systems (one of my dogs has a sensitive stomach).Ive been using this for a few years now, and Iâll never go back to brushing their teeth. I DO wish it was better for controlling dog breath stench, but it does a great job overall.[My dog was not hype about me attempting to take a picture]

Does Wonders
When I first got my puppy some years ago, the vet gave me a lost of recommended products and this plaque powder has done wonders for my dogs’ teeth. It helps keep their teeth and gums clean and healthy. Have and will continue to purchase.

Good product
I liked Amazon listing it for a decent price again instead of the gouging you have been listing as. I have used it for years.
