Good Belt for lift workout
This is the 2nd belt I have purchased. I used the measuring chart for the first belt and it ended up being too big. I did get a large, but I should have gone with my pants size, even though they said not to. I think this statement should be removed since womenâs and menâs waistlines are NOT the same. I did use it a few times, but it was too loose around the waistline since it was not a perfect fit. This belt is very comfortable and provides great back support and material is very sturdy and well made. It was a very good purchase for the price. My trainer recommended I get a smaller size; the larger one was better suited for a manâs waistline, so I ended up gave my trainer the large size and bought this new one in small. Since I got the new belt, I havenât done any lifting exercise that required a belt, but I did try it on and it fit fine. I was able to secure tightly around my waist

Great Belt For Daily Workout Routine! Excellent Customer Service/Warannty
The quality of the belt is very good, and I use it for my daily workouts…which include lifting very heavy weight (up to about 400 pounds). The size belt I ordered, is the large one, which is perfect for me (36″ waist, without a protruding midsection/gut). If you’re someone with a larger midsection, you may want to take that in consideration when ordering this or any weight belt. After about 18 months of daily use (5 times a week), the side of the belt that the Velcro sticks to, accumulated a buildup of lint debris…which made it hard for the belt to stay secure. I emailed the company/seller to inquire about the warranty and the possibility of receiving a new belt. They immediately honored the warranty and sent a new blet…which I received three days later. Finally, a company that honors their warranty!! I highly recommend the belt and definitely this company!!

Good for support when not training…….
Good for support when not training but I can not wear it when I lift. I like a tight fit when I train and if I tighten this belt it tends to twist up. I will need to get a leather belt for my workouts.

Quality weight lifting belt
Spell is quality made an offer is great support and is comfortable to wear. I placed my order using their sizing chart, but when I received my belt, it was a tad small. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They sent me a new belt the very next day! If youâre looking for a quality weightlifting belt at a good price point, I would definitely recommend this one.

I bought weeks before another weightlifting belt but the size was wrong and the quality of the belt was not that good so i decided to try abother belt and then i saw this one, so i choose the small size thinking will be the same result as the other belt but i was wrong it was so smal to me so i email this guys before making a return, they reply in les than 2 hrs just to tell me that i should not worry, they sent me another weightlifting belt for free i was skeptical first but after 2 days the belt arrived and this time was the right size, im impressed about the quality and comfort is a 5 stars for me on everything i definitely recommend this belt to anyone and choose your right size, im 5’5 70kg using medium size ð

It’s just Ok
Product was a good value but you are certainly getting what you pay for. It’s a 4″ belt so not much support. Would recommend for a women with a small back as opposed to a man with a larger back. Buckle is chrome and basic but once again at $21 it will work but certainly better belts out there if you want to spend more money.
