Great bread bowl!
This is a perfect bread bowl for beginners! I had no idea that you can make such beautiful designs with the tools that are included with the product! Highly recommend!

Basket is good for initial bread rise and is very easy to store
Be sure to wash this basket prior to using for bread rise. Cleans up early and can be washed in dishwasher to rack. Unfortunately it’s small for larger than a 1 pound loaf. Lame that comes with this basket is really useless. Value is ok, but I’d not buy again.

Lame is perfect, Basket is ok
The lame in this is sharp and has been working for every loaf of bread that I have made. The only thing is that the basket being silicone isn’t the sturdiest thing and something it can have the bread be a little lopsided, and honestly prefer the wooden type of bannetons more.

I loved this set! The bowl and cover are super easy to use and clean! The score was super easy to use and comes with multiple razors. It was sharp and felt really sturdy! This is definitely something I needed for my sourdough kit! It compresses down for easy storage!

This proofing basket is small and very flexible, good and bad. Stores easy but is limited by its size and the shape changes. The razors are basic safety razors. But the price is good if you need any of this basic equipment.

Easy to clean, easy to store!
Having only ever used rattan bannetons before, I was curious how this silicone banneton would work. It turns out that I really like it! Super easy to clean, and it folds up nicely for storage. I did not notice any funky smells. Unlike a rattan banneton, I especially like that I could probably throw it in the dishwasher if need be (though itâs been super easy to hand-wash thus far). I donât bake in it – I bake my bread at 450-500 F, which is too hot for silicone – but I use it for my sourdoughâs second rise. If you donât want the dough exposed to plastic/silicone, even at room or fridge temp, it comes with a nice liner as an alternative.I was mostly excited about the banneton, but the lame that came with it is just as good as the one I usually use for scoring my bread.Overall, Iâm pleased, and I would buy again!

So disappointed!
I wanted this to work because it is cheaper than the rattan version but this is just unusable. First off, it is very pliable that it doesn’t support the dough which helps with structure. That’s the main thing. If they can make it more rigid that may work. The linen cover is hard to put on because it’s so pliable, or they can make the linen cover bigger. the lame and blades are ok. BTW, it was packaged in folded fashion which made it warped. It’s just not what I expected.
