Soft, comfortable, fall right to sleep!
I have purchased a variety of sleep masks over the years, and this is my favorite so far. The silk means Iâm not worried about it damaging my hair, and I reap the benefits of silk against skin (naturally cooling, protective of the skin barrier). The color is beautiful and rich, and it hasnât transferred to my sheets or other bedding. The pressure on the face is light but secure, and feels quite comforting. Oh, and it does indeed block out light, a must for any sleep mask.

Best Sleep Mask I’ve Ever Owned
Over the years I have used many sleep masks. By far, this is the most comfortable and most complete light blocking mask I have ever owned. The fabric of the mask cover is, indeed, very high quality silk. The mask is of sufficient thickness to be comfortable when sleeping on both side and stomach positions. Other similarly priced masks are advertised as contact-free (meaning eyelids) but they are only useful for sleeping on your back, or upright or reclined in a chair (or airplane seat) because the inserts that shield your eyes from the inside cover of the mask are of hard material that digs into your face if any part of your upper face makes contact with your pillow/bed. This “TheSleepGuard” mask DOES make contact with your eyelids, but the fabric is smooth enough enough so that it causes no discomfort, even if you open your eyes (e.g., to assess the degree of light blockade). I’ve been using this mask for over a week now, and I’m already considering purchasing another just to have a spare.

I love these I purchased two and wear them every night. I feel my sleep has improved with the room blaced out. These are very soft and silky. I handwash and let them air dry and they are still months later just as soft. GET ONE you will be glad

The sleep mask is very soft but I found it too tight to sleep in overnight woke up because it was very uncomfortable. There is no way to adjust the size. Im not sure i will be able to use it without sewing in an extension. Seems unreasonable for someone with a normal sized head.
