200 pouches Oregon Laminations Premium brand Hunting & Fishing License size 10 mil hot laminating pouches 3″ x 4″ with standard 1/8″ radius rounded corners and clear gloss finish. High gloss finish makes colors pop. Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 2-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ (or less) to leave standard 1/8″ border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge. -Metric specs = 76mm X 102mm and 250 microns thick per flap. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps.
TIPS: Industry standard specification for 10 mil laminating pouches is 10 mils on each flap for a total of 20 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three. They should be called laminating folders.

These are very nice laminating pouches
These are very nice laminating pouches. I ordered them not realizing they were 10 Mil. They went through my home laminating machine but didn’t seal all the way to the edge of my item…not the fault of the product…my machine states 5 Mil is what it can handle. I used 6 of these and the rest will probably sit in the closet for eternity unless I can find someone who can use them.

10 mil thickness is more than what I needed and will not work in an older laminator.

We use this product to laminate identification cards. Correct size and shape for what we need. Works perfectly for us. Laminateâs weâll. No issues. We use it on the highest heat setting for our laminating machine.

Super thick! these made some awesome VIP passes for a friend’s birthday party. This is not the normal flimsy laminate that most people use. Make sure you have an adjustable temp machine, they require a bit more heat.
