Delicious
If you are just starting your keto journey or need something to curve those pastry cravings, I highly recommend buying these Quest muffins. They have the exact taste of a Blueberry muffin without all the carbs and sugar that comes with a normal muffin. They are a little drier than a normal muffin would be, but the texture is still great. I highly recommend buying these.

Quest does it again!
These are a yes for me! They are decent size and the consistency is good. They have a slight protein-y taste, but I would definitely purchase again. The macros are far better than a regular muffin and it kept me full for longer than a regular muffin.

Below Average Protein & Taste
I’d go with another option, taking into consideration it only has 10g of protein but still 200 calories per muffin. It is dry and the flavor is underwhelming. There are much better alternatives out there. I am a strong proponent of living a healthy lifestyle and appreciate all of the options we have been given. One third of a Costco blueberry muffin is the same portion size and calories, far superior in taste. I love quest peanut butter cups!

Taste protein but bf loves them
I toss one of these in my huge buff bfs lunchbag, so he can enjoy it with his morning coffee at work. Ive had it and its not bad at all, can definitely taste the protein part of it but still yummy, good treat for my big buff bf 🙂

Not a Fan
I tried two muffins out of the box. I didnât care for the first, thought it was stale tasting, dry and sandy. The chocolate tasted odd. I gave it another chance on another morning and felt the same way. So, the rest of the box and my money went in the garbage. For me, I would not ever consider these a muffin substitute. Sorry to say. Save your money.

Has potential but is definitely lacking
So I bought these even after reading the reviews just to get my own opinion. Iâm always looking for something different for a quick grab n go breakfast. At first taste, I was not impressed. They are VERY dry and have a weird taste to them. I donât know if itâs from the artificial sweeteners or what but I didnât like it much. The second time I tried one, I decided to eat it with some high protein Oikos yogurt. Like, Iâd literally eat them both together in the same bite. The yogurt gave it the needed moisture and it actually made the muffin taste better. The size of the muffin is good but I wish it tasted better. Iâm not sure if Iâm willing to try the other flavor – I got the blueberry – especially for the price and me not loving it.

Great
I am not typically a fan of this brand, but they have been doing a great job with their new releases lately. These are great for on the go or when you are craving a muffin. They can be a little dry, but nothing too horribly. They do not have that typical Quest protein like their cookies do. These are great! I do get a slight aftertaste at the very end when I am done eating, but I do not taste that while I am eating it. I like these and want to try the blueberry one now!
