I had my nails done at the salon for years. Now I have been put on medication that lowers my immune response, making nail salon visits a high risk endeavour for me. My nails had extensions for years, had been ground down at every visit. They were thin, cracking, and just wouldn’t grow. A friend recommended this product and after just 4 weeks, my nails were stronger and now 6 months later I’m actually trimming and filing my nails because they grow so fast. Keeping this product in my buy again list. If you think you’ll never have nails again, give this a try.

Great strengthener
I have bought 3 of this product so far because it works so well. My nails used to peel and split relentlessly. They have thickened some, but genetics can only get me so far in that category. I have never been able to grow my nails as long as this product has allowed me to grow them. I now have to file them down because I can’t type properly if they get too long. Never thought I’d see that day. I do follow general nail care guidelines to protect them on top of using this hardener – like keeping them polished to keep them stronger and not using them as tools to open things.There are several caveats that aren’t dealbreakers for me, but may be for you. This product smells SO bad and STRONGLY. I attribute it to the formaldehyde (which may be a separate problem for some people) but I’m no chemist. Also, the brushes are absolute garbage. frayed on the ends, and the end of each bristle is snagged, as if the tips were heated/melted after cutting them. They are also lopsided. I had to clean, heat, reshape and gently trim the brush to get it in to a barely usable state. I may just end up replacing it with another brush altogether.All in all, I still highly recommend this strengthener.

This thing it’s going to hurt your nails

Por más de 6 años me puse uñas de acrílico constantemente, por lo que mis uñas estaban MALTRATADÍSIMAS. De verdad, eran como papelito, se me doblaban y rompían por todo. Nunca las pude crecer porque se rompían al instante. Intenté muchos esmaltes para recuperar mis uñas, ponerles cebolla, ajo, etc. Todos los remedios posibles, y mis uñas seguían igual. Pues me recomendaron este esmalte, que según era buenísimo para recuperar las uñas. Yo estaba escéptica, pero como quería cualquier solución posible, lo compré.Llevo usando este esmalte como 6-7 semanas, y estoy ENCANTADA. Jamás había podido crecer mis uñas lo suficiente como para que, si me las pinto, parezca que son uñas postizas. Lo que tienes que hacer es seguir las instrucciones que dice, aplicarlo cada semana y tener paciencia, porque hay que dejar que crezca toda la uña.La primera foto es de cuando lo empecé a usar, me gusta que parece que te pusieras esmalte transparente, deja las uñas brillantes. Las demás fotos son de cuando ya había funcionado el tratamiento. Ahora mis uñas, están súper largas y duras, en serio no me lo creo!!!! y sólo no están más largas porque me las rebajo con lima. Amo que cuando me pinto mis uñas parece manicura jajajjaa, súper recomendando!!!!

I purchased this on advice by my esthetician, my nails break easily because I am constantly washing my hands. I’ve been using it for 4 weeks now and haven’t yet noticed a big difference. I was told that after 6 weeks of use I should start noticing stronger nails so I have a couple of weeks of treatment to go. I hope it works.
