Great Design, Stays Put, and Works Well for Open Spots!
Iâve tried several top pimple patch brands on Amazon, and these Rael Pimple Patches really stand out! The tapered edge design is a game-changerâit keeps the patch securely in place, even overnight, which I havenât found with other brands. I also love how they blend into my skin with a more clear, skin-like look, so theyâre not as noticeable on my face.Theyâre fantastic for open acne spots, helping to flatten the area and prevent scars or bumps from forming. It doesnât do much for cystic acne that hasnât surfaced yet, but Iâm planning to try their retinol patches for that. Overall, these are comfortable, effective, and a great price. Highly recommend!

You need pimple patches. Listen, I canât speak to your acne, but chances are if youâre reading this review you have some type of pimple that can be helped by pimple patches. Iâve tried 3 different brands, for your convenience, and these are my favorite. Matched in stickiness to CosRX (which are both better than Avarelle), tied for cost with Avarelle (.17/ea vs .12/ea for CosRX – although these are all in the budget bracket), most useful size options so you donât get stuck with leftover awkward sizes, fastest to flatten and reduce pain for deep cysts, and BEST at bringing new pimples to a head and sucking the life out of them.For background, Iâve been struggling with a year-long breakout, my skin only rebelling further with my attempts to rule in or out various causes. So, after one particularly bad reaction from yet another new product, I was back on the internet and read about pimple patches. Like I said, Iâve been going through 3 brands over the past several weeks as I continue to work out whatâs causing all this to begin with. These have worked best on deep cystic pimples and new white heads that havenât yet formed a head. If I get them early, some can be flattened (and therefore pain reduced) before they ever form a head (overnight in most cases). Even if itâs not gone completely by morning, it hurts substantially less and is easier to cover up. For others, I may have to wear a patch continuously (changing out as needed) over several days. I can wash my face and take a shower without these falling off! Luckily weâre all at home, or wearing masks when out these days. These are the most discrete, but I wouldnât say any Iâve tried are coverable for actual in-person human interactions. My attached picture shows 2 patches and 1 make up covered healing pimple (more noticeable than the patches to me). I think the patches are perfectly fine on zoom/camera.Now, if youâre anything like me (and you are, if youâre looking for pimple patches), you are also one of the lucky few (many?) whose anxiety manifests in picking, no matter how bad you know it is for you. Thatâs the absolute #1 benefit to pimple patches. When you feel the urge to pick, slap one of these on and LEAVE. IT. ALONE. Trust the patch and itâs mystical powers. This brand especially are the best at pulling out all that nasty stuff that you will try and try to squeeze but never fully get. Youâll see the patch turn white with satisfying success, and then (remember, I know you) youâll go to change it out and think, âwell, if the patch can pull THAT out I can just get the rest myselfâ. False. You wonât be able to, because you donât have the voodoo pixie magic these patches do. Youâll try to squeeze and pinch and push, and once youâve gotten your fix, just put another patch. The patch will forgive you, and just go right on healing that pimple in spite of you. Long story short (not very short), these are amazing.Iâm REALLY hoping to get my ish under control sometime soon. But, even if I do, I will absolutely keep these on hand for the inevitable day-before-a-(now nonexistent)-big-event pimple. Theyâre an absolute essential to any acne sufferer.

Effective for hiding pimples, might aggravate them
The patches do a good job of making the face look more sightly by hiding the pimples. However, directions are to take them off in 4-8 hours. Since they are so sticky for long after that amount of time, taking them off (with or without the assistance of water) can very easily pop the pimple. This can aggravate it and make it stay longer/scar. It is hard to tell if active ingredient in these patches do actually help speed up the acne healing process. I figure that is different for everyone based on the type of acne.In summary, good at hiding pimples, questionable if it helps them heal faster. Wish they were less sticky over time.

Great value & great results
I like pimple patches but wish they weren’t so expensive. I liked these because they seemed to give you more bang for your buck and I’ve had great results so far! They work just as good as any other pimple patch to collect oil and pull out gunk when ready.

First of all I want to say that I tried many other brands, and it didnât work the way I expected. When crispy cold weather hits, Iâm struggling from breakouts which can be very painful and nothing helps to get rid of them. So I tried these truly MAGIC patches and my hopes werenât that big at that point. I tried it the first time before bed, and oh my god! I woke up in the morning and was shocked, it perfectly helped with the pain, pimple was almost invisible and much less red! Us girls know the struggle right! So from that moment it became my favourite product!! It is very easy to use and put on, it stays on the skin the whole night just perfectly, invisible until it dries out all the nasty stuff from your pimple, and most importantly it is REALLY WORKS and worth every penny, even though itâs a little pricey. Iâm very happy with this product!

These stick really effectively to the skin. I’ve been able to sleep with them on and they haven’t fallen off in the night like many others. The backing plastic is perforated so that you can tear it away from the sticker and not stretch the sticker out trying to pull it off the sheet.The translucent design means they are fairly discreet but also disguise the look of the spot a little. I feel these have helped to draw out spots quicker than if I’d done nothing.Pros:- Discreet appearance- Easy to remove from backing sheet- Can be effective in drawing out spot- Good adhesion to skinCons:- More expensive than other brands I’ve tried
