Not overly sweet
I purchased another brand keto cereal a few years back. It was like that crispy rice cereal. That stuff was so sickeningly sweet I ended up throwing it out, which is painfully hard to do, due to my upbringing.This is not overly sweet at all. I’m a super taster and the flavor is near neutral. It’s keto so it will never measure up to old school American (candy) cereal. That said, it’s quite nice. I don’t think one could replace a meal with this but after a proper breakfast, one could then indulge in a small bowl to satisfy that childhood memory, or to add it dry, to a snack plate. I’m so old that when I was a child, adults wouldn’t dream of eating cereal. Although I personally would rather they leave out the slivered almonds, as I could add them myself, and give me more cereal, to be honest, the almonds are the only thing that crunches after adding milk. I don’t mind, it’s still a very good cereal for keto. I do recommend this for a treat and I hope to buy it a few times a year, finances permitting. I’d appreciate a Honey and Nut type flavor as well.

Iâve been eating this cereal for the last 1 1/2 years. I alternate between the Maple flavor and the Vanilla. I love the granola clusters and nuts. One of the healthiest cereals, low sugar and low carbs.

Iâm not totally doing Keto but low carb. As anyone who is doing either you know Iâve been missing CRUNCH. Decided to give these a try and Iâm hooked. Not only is it crunchy, but it has a delicious vanilla flavor throughout. Also, you know how something may say it has almonds in it and you find like 10-12? This box is packed with very thinly sliced slivered almonds that add even more crunch to it. At under $6 a box, this is 100% worth it. If youâre on the fence, give it a try and I bet you will not be disappointed.

This box honestly to me isnât worth it. The taste is ok I guess. Itâs not as fantastic as the other comments may suggest. However this box can only make about 3 bowls of cereal. So overall value for buck. Not really .
