The makeup mirror worked upon arrival with no issues. I plugged it in to charge, and later when I unplugged the USB cord, the lights would not shut off. I saw complaints that this mirror doesn’t hold a charge, but the lights were still on 18 hours later, until the batteries eventually died. That was impressive.I contacted customer service the next day, and received a fast reply. The representative had a new mirror shipped out the following day, and it arrived quickly, and worked perfectly. This company has AMAZING customer service, and I would definitely do business with them again! They even sent a follow-up email to make sure I had received the replacement & to see if I was happy with the mirror. You just can’t get any better than that!I am very happy with the makeup mirror. It has 3 light settings, and it’s definitely bright enough. A small magnifying mirror (included) can be attached to the mirror with suction cups. The mirror sits nicely on the stand (which doubles as the cover), and is very stable. The unit is small, with a thin profile, and very light. This is perfect for travel or taking along in our motorhome. The included USB charging cord was a nice bonus. I will be getting a lot of use from this mirror, and I’m very happy with my purchase. A 5-star purchase all the way around!!

I got this for my MIL and she really likes it! Lightweight, the light is bright, and the magnifying mirror is useful and can fit in your purse. I would charge the mirror when you get it- we had difficulty turning the light off at first. But after it died and recharged no more issues have occurred
