Works great so far
Our power was out for 10 days due to Hurricane Helene while we were out of town. We came home to a stinky mess in our two refrigerators and a freezer. Even though we dumped everything, washed down all shelves with soap and water, wiped the interior with Clorox wipes several times, there was a funky smell that we couldnât eliminate. I already had the activated charcoal bag that you recharge in the sun, and boxes of baking soda, but those didnât work. Finally got this ball and the smell was gone within a few days. It was a bit pricey but it lasts for 10 years and it seems to work, so Iâm glad I tried it.

I really donât like my refrigerator to be over powered by smells. I always keep baking soda refrigerator boxes in my fridge but felt itâs been less impactful. I was highly skeptical about this but I figured I didnât have anything to lose. Iâm glad I made this purchase because it really does neutralize smells. I also like that itâs sleek and just blends in with the refrigerator.

I wasn’t expecting much, since I tried cleaning, baking soda, coffee beans, and everything else and I still couldn’t get rid of the smell in my bridge. Then I put this thing in, and it worked within a day. Now the smell is completely gone. I was skeptical at the price, but honestly it was worth it.

We have wine cooler that I actually use to store cheeses and cured meats, salami etc. Was out of town for a week for July 4th and the fridge had died. No matter how many times I cleaned, sprayed and put baking soda boxes, the smell just wouldn’t go away. Found this and thought, yes pricey, but at this point, what do I have to lose? Overnight the smell is gone!!! No lingering odor, no wierd vinegar smell, just fresh like new! Highly recommend ðð½

Working Well So Far – TIme Will Tell
The item is a little of the pricey side and I always seem to buy items when they are not on sale. The deodorizer is well designed and looks much better in the refrigerator than an open box of baking soda. As for how long it will last (claims 10 years), only time will tell so I cannot evaluate this claim. So far, we have been very happy with how well the deodorizer has kept down the odors inside the refrigerator.

Worked well but does not last 10 years
I purchased one of these a year and a half ago and it did work well for about a year or so but it is not working at all now. In fact, even the device itself smells. I might buy it again as it did work for a while but I’ll look for something different first. If they didn’t advertise it as lasting for 10 years I probably wouldn’t have thought much about it so the advertising should be changed.
