It works quietly and effectively.
I have to admit it, I have taken other sleep aides and most of them don’t work for me. This was different. It worked quietly, when I woke up I didn’t feel like I had been drugged. I fell back to sleep quickly and the few times I did reawake, I fell back to sleep without effort. This is going to be my sleep help of choice from now on. Works, but is not a miracle sleep aid…..update
This product does help me fall asleep quickly by allowing my mind to relax, however, I still wake up several times during the night. Some nights it works well, and I fall back to sleep, but is does not work it’s magic every night. Overall, it is better than any of the other over counter sleep aids that I have tried, however, it is not a miracle worker. I also have noticed that I wake up with a bit of a headache. The minor headache does go away after a short while, but it is a small con of using this for me.Update: After continuing to take Relaxium Sleep consistently for a month, I have noticed that it is working better for me. I take 2 capsules – 1 hour before bed, and when I put my head on the pillow, I am out. That has not happened in years. I usually wake up about 3 hours after going to bed, but that is probably because I need to use the restroom. After I return to bed, I fall right back to sleep, however, I do wake up periodically from that point on. The best news is that I fall back to sleep . So no, I don’t sleep 8 hours straight, however, I am getting so much more sleep than I did before. The headaches have also gone away, so I believe my body is getting used to the herbs. I now can honestly say that I will buy another bottle.

not worth the money
I have tried this for a few nights now and really don’t feel it is worth the expense. The way the bottles are displayed are very confusing to me as the bottles ONLY have #30 capsules in them and that is only 2 weeks supply for almost $30 so that means you are spending $60 a month for this product. I still had restless sleep and it didn’t seem to make a big difference in my sleep.

It takes time to notice the difference
The capsule is very big and hard to swallow for some of us. And too expensive. I don’t know if l can afford them whenever l run out of what l have now. But the y do work-just takes time.

Violent reaction to Relaxium
I’m not sure why, but I had a violent reaction to Relaxium. I took it on a Sunday night before going to bed and about 1 1/2 hours afterward woke up with an upset stomach which turned into full fledged vomiting and diarrhea for the next 7-8 hours. I didn’t associate the bout with Relaxium and just thought I had some kind of bug, so a week later I tried Relaxium again. This time the reaction was much worse. The session of vomiting and diarrhea lasted over 36 hours. I lost 9 pounds but slowly recovered. Not sure if the drug reacted with medications I am taking or what, but I’m throwing the pills out.UPDATE: After leaving this review, the seller contacted me and offered to reimburse the purchase amount even though I had thrown the bottle pills away. I can’t rate rate the product very high due to the experience I had, but the seller is top notch!

Great but watch your dosage
There are two sizes of Relaxium. One where it says to take two capsules and the other take one. The amount of ingredients in the single dose is identical to the two dose variety. I found with the one dose variety I was waking in the morning with what I can only call a “hangover” – groggy and out of it for a few hours. I ordered the two capsule variety and only take one, not two. The morning effect is much less. I am sensitive to medications and prone to side effects so am not surprised how this affected me with the larger dose. The product works VERY well and I drop off to sleep quickly, even on the single capsule dose.UPDATE: I initially gave the product 5 stars but have since lowered the rating due to severe side effects. I continued to have a lot of fogginess for a large part of the day after even taking one capsule. I tried dumping half a capsule so taking 1/4 dose and still had issues. I have elected to stop taking it. It definitely helps with sleep but I cannot tolerate the side effects.

According to my wife, Relaxium Sleep works for her about 80% of the time
My wife has always had a terrible time getting to sleep. On the other hand I can fall asleep standing up. My head hits the pillow and I am asleep. I rarely have a problem sleeping. Obviously, I wish that Relaxium Sleep would work 100% of the time for my wife, but 80% is way better then before trying Relaxium. I’m guessing that I have been ordering 2-3 bottles at a time for 4 or 5 years because my wife is happy with the results.
