I like that they are not thin and flimsy. The bands stay where you put them and come in light 14-25 lbs, medium 25-35 lbs, strong 35-45 lbs and heroic 45-60 lbs strengths. Excellent value for the price, I highly recommend these work out bands!

I took up archery as a new hobby. Turns out, it’s a strength sport and I lack strength in my arms and upper back. These resistance bands might be advertised as for your booty, but I use it for my arms. I just have to pull on them like I would an archery bow and hopefully I’ll slowly start to strengthen my arm muscles. It comes in a pack of 4 with different poundage. I’m starting off on the turquoise one which is the lightest. It gives good resistance. The heaviest one (black one) says ‘Heroic’. Good luck pulling that one! It comes with a net bag so you can keep it all together so it’s tidy and organised.
